Aaran's face saddened,"It's part of the cover." He said mainly to himself,"It has to be. She can't actually want to kill people."

"We fight to protect eachother. We are a form of family. Not unlike Scottish clans. We are not related, but we would lay down our lives for eachother, none the less. She doesn't want to kill, none of us do. But when it comes to that, we do it well." Enoch stated plainly, as he took a few bits and chewed.
Aaran stared at him,"Do you even know about the blood moon and the Oilin? They made me steal his human girlfriend, she got away, I attacked him, and afterwards he healed me and let me go. Turns out the fey were going to use him as a sacrifice to destroy humanity." He leaned back in his chair,"Don't want to kill? That's several billion people you're talking about. Too bad, I guess they don't count." He said angrily.

"I'm so sorry for loss." She told him sincerly, meaning so much more than those words which had becomE meaningless.
~
"Thank you," Idris said as she walked through.

Raymer nodded his thanks as he slowly looked down at his joined hands. "Thanks, I still miss him." He said with sadness.
~~~
Sandor followed her down the stairs. "So why do you fear tight spaces? " He asked.
"Okay" Anna said and turned to him so he could lift her up. She checked to see if her knife had been taken, hoping to be able to use the small blade to take out the camera.
~~~

Ember shook her head and looked away with a sigh. "No, I don't understand why they didn't like me or my colors, but it was not hate that inspired that.They are not ugly in any way, this truly was an aberration from their normal habits. Most times they are kind and caring and truly lovely, it's just different with me. It's like they feared me" She said and shook her head "Must we talk of this?"

Zypher bent and made a stirrup with his hands so Anna could step into it.
~~~
"It seems I let my own experiences influence my words. Perhaps they did fear you. Most fear what they don't understand. That is the last I'll say on the matter. I'm intention was not to cause discomfort. It would seem, I've lost my maners. Please forgive me, Ember." He said with respect.
Dawn smiled back. "Bye! I'll see you soon." She sighed softly as she watched the fairies.
~~~~

Zia grunted and pressed close to Degan. She proceeded to climb up his back and peer over his shoulder.
~~~~~
"The king? Why would he help? He cares not for others."
The fairy made a happy noise and fluttered off with here sisters.
Jackdaw smiled and looked at Dawn curiously. "Wonderous little creatures. So small and fragile." He said.
~~~
Degan gently brushed Aurelius's hair away from her face, as beads of sweat started surfacing. "It's alright, Aurelius. We're here for you." He soothed. She slowly started to settle down. She only twitched here and there. But slipped into a light sleep.
~~~
"But the only other option is the blue dragon then. Do you think she'll help then?" Ena asked him.
"Aaran, they count. Who said it'll kill the humans? Let's just say this, Racine has been trying for centuries to do that spell. It hasn't happened yet. So I don't think it'll work out this time either. From what I understand, it's very tricky creating a new realm. A lot can go wrong. Sadly the Oilin would have to die. But he's out of reach, so that a mute point. But let's say you got the Oilin, we'd still need the last pure blooded unicorn and she is in the fey realm with Queen Avalon, who is Racine's sister. It's quite impossible really." Enoch explained rationally to Aaran.
"Well... I can get to the condo from here and from the condo to Jackie's but we're going to have to walk." She held his hand,"Get ready for a long day."
Nashton squeezed her hand and said, " Considering how this day was to end for me, walking with you is pure bliss. " He said with affection.
"Definitely." Taylor sighed happily,"I'm glad you're okay."
"So let's kill my other friend and justify the action in the name of the fey! This isn't what the fey are supposed to be. This isn't right." Aaran unhappily stared at his food. Racine was a tyrant.
"I'm sorry, Aaran. I'm no acquainted with the Oilin for a reason. I'm sure he is a good friend to you." Enoch looked down at the table, with sadness in his heart. "Perhaps we shouldn't be friends, Aaran. I forgot who i was for a moment. I would seem our loyalties are set in opposition. I must be true to my king and you, not so much. Racine is trying to make a better life for us. One were we aren't living and hiding in a cave. I assure you, once he makes a new realm, we'll happily leave this one." Enoch stated quietly, not looking up at Aaran.
