Arbus trotted along beside Islanzadi. He noticed that his collar started glowing and knew it was just Owla drawing on his powers. "Duck sounds good. I can't say I've ever had one. So this will be a rare treat for me." He said conventionally.
Islanzadi looked suspiciously at Arbus's collar, but didn't mention it. She continued walking, but still checked Arbus every once in a while due to not fully trusting him.
They reached a pond that had a small group of ducks. Islanzadi thought about exactly what to say in her language, to make sure the one she was aiming for didn't escape.
"Togira..." Islanzadi muttered quietly, and suddenly the largest duck stopped swimming, it didn't move its legs at all. And it tried to fly away, but only miserably flapped its now useless wings.
The other ducks flew away, but Islanzadi still focused on the one she had used magic on. She shot an arrow and it hit the bird, killing it.

She walked into the shallow water and picked the duck up by its neck, taking the arrow out.
"I don't catch birds often, I'm glad I was able to this time." Islanzadi said once she had returned to Arbus.

Arbus looked to Islanzadi and said, "Very impressive. The magic and the shooting. I haven't heard that dialect very often." He then looked to the large duck with hungry eyes.

Owla made the tornado stronger.

Arbus felt the draw, but it wasn't excessive.

"So sorry for the massive draw"owla whispered,

"Thank you. Only elves use that language, and it's not often they use it in front of others." Islanzadi told him, and she set the duck on the ground for him to take.
Arbus though of a reply that would work for both. "All magic is regenerated, you'll be fine." He said with conviction.

Islanzadi was a little confused by him suddenly saying that. "Yes, I will. I use magic often, a lot more than that." She said simply.

"Well, thank you for your kind offer. Perhaps we'll come across each other again sometime." He said with respect, as he leaned forward to to pick up the duck. He tossed it slightly to get a better grip, past his canine teeth, before he trotted off.
