Jaxon took the car to her right and frowned in thought at her question. Had he miss spoke. Was there was flattery a truth? But then it sunk in her meaning. He flushed slightly and smiled softly at Skylar. "I should have known you wouldn't utter an untruth. You're too honest for that." He said truthfully.

Xavier shuddered at the thought of Pariah. "She stares right through you with there serpentine lavender eyes. She reflects no semblance of emotion. She downplayed her role and by the time I realized she was a threat, it was too late." He explained. He then looked to Jason and said, "They had me build this very specific collar, under the pretense that it was for Don. So when I finally finished with it. I brought it to Markus's office. I should have known it was a trap. That fast she'd changed the spell and put it on me. I had every intention of helping your father escape. Perhaps that's why they neutralize me." He said sadly.

Xatia gasped at the tall glass buildings. But was soon looking at the humans as they walked along. "My, we have been gone far to long. " She said was astonishment.

Cicero walked behind the royals and was dumbfounded by all he saw, from vehicles to busses. Humans looking at him boldly. He was concerned his glamor wasn't working. He looked to their reflection in the shiny glass and relaxed. His wings were in deed hidden.

"Yes, that is because the Balor are gone." Bardou said as he stepped through and looked around. "If you remember, they used to make some kind of tea from such flowers. That kept them in check and out of populated areas." He said though it wasn't that well known of a fact.

Anna chuckled as she returned the kiss, another twirl catching her unaware. She wasn't entirely certain she liked this sound, since it came whenever she wasn't thinking about it. Yet it showed how she felt about him and how much she loved him.

Skylar smiled at him and shook her head, chuckling lightly. "I do try my best to be honest with my friends. Such isn't always possible though."

Jason looked at Xavier again then down to the floor sadly. " He died as he would have wanted, fighting to keep weaker people safe. That is an honorable death." He said then looked to the window. "He didn't care about if someone was human shifter or animal. He just wanted there to be no fighting or slavery. "

Shaylee looked at everything she could as quickly as she could while they walked. She noticed the people but didn't care about them at the moment. When they reached the fountain, she stopped and stared at it in fascination

Maxton hadn't realized the connection, but now that he had pointed it out, it made a world of sense. "Fascinating, the that is all the more reason to get them free and back here. " He said with renewed hope for the future of their homeland.

Zypher grinned at the lovely sound. "You're playing our song." He said with appreciation. He hugged her to him and sighed softly. "I love you too, my mighty princess. " He whispered lovingly.

Jaxon sat back and enjoy the view. "I'm fast learning that that is the key to a good friendship. Lies only ruin a close bound. They built distrust and resentment. The lab techs taught me that simple enough." He said honestly.
