Angela told some stories at the request of Jason, though he kept the requests to funny or nice stories, not war ones for her sake. True to her kind, she was a natural storyteller and had her audience hanging on her words as she spoke. Her shyness seemed to vanish in that mode, letting her speak and use different voices to illuminate the story.

Skylar nodded then looked around before giving a whistle then speaking in an unknown language. She walked closer to the forest there then stopped, giving a light bow and waiting for a Thestral to come out and show itself with a few members of the herd alongside. She spoke to the leader for a moment then turned and led them over to the group "This is Skyblazer, she and her friends will take us to Nightmare and the dens up here."

Ember chuckled at his random and to her strange words, though there had been a time when she heard kids saying that often and running around with towels for capes. "Yes, we do need to buy them before we leave here" She agreed and headed for the checkout stands, pausing to look at some bags meant to keep food cold curiously.

Shaylee smiled, dipping her head shyly at his staring. "It is more fun to play with another of our kind. We are not extinct, but we are not that prevalent either. The others were beginning to press me to pick a mate back home, though they said I could choose any of the available bachelors there. I was not drawn to any of them though." She said then looked to him again "They did not play with me like this."

"No trouble at all" Ian replied with a smile then got up to grab a bottle from the cooler in the back and brought one over for her and one for himself "Do you have anywhere safe to go, or will you stay with us? We have plenty of space here or safe houses to wait in until Ms Jackie can see you."

Zypher had never experienced the stories of a lorekeeper. He was engrossed with syllable. It was as if the stories came alive.

Jaxon and Garth stared wide-eyed at the Thestral. "Really? " Jaxon whispered softly.

Kash stepped forward and bowed formally to Skyblazer. "It is a great honor to meet and fly with you, might Skyblazer." He said with respect.

Cadeon chuckled happily and started putting the items on the conveyor belt of the check for lane. He looked to Ember and said, "Good idea! Those will work great. "

Ravek looked to Shaylee again, when he felt an instinctual response to her statement. It surprised him by its suddenness. Since she was free, he wanted to court her. That is, if she'd accept his intentions, so he asked, "May I court you Princess Shaylee? I know it's improper to ask you directly, but under the circumstances, I..." He trailed off.

Lexi frowned in thought and said truthfully, "I have a place from where I'm from. But I'm liking it here a lot more. Thank you for the water, by the way. " She said as she watched him open his and mimicked his actions. "Oh, this is very good water. " She said softly.

Willow wasn't sure that was the case, but she made her self belive it.
