Ember smiled as they kissed, happy to have him here with her and sharing the stories she had learned in her lives.Even though she knew he would only live one lifetime, she was determined to make this one good for both of them.
~~~
Rana nodded and looked to the living room area as she went to find a seat there "I said they might be, but even if they are, they could be on any level there." She said then looked to Lyra, who was in a  chair reading a newer book before taking a seat on the couch. "You still need to get back home before their new young starts to worry about them."
~~~

"That sounds like it would be amazing" Aaran said happily and nodded. "We could go and play in the sea together...unless there are dangers there now too?" He asked curiously. He wanted to learn all he could of this realm and her home.
~~~
Star listened to him speak quietly, amazed by all that had happened back home with the Guardians and the forest over the years.
~~~
"Aaran is not a normal fae, but I do not know what he is." Sorcha said thoughtfully. If she hadn't been as tired, she would have likely known that already, but she had been tired and distracted by her affection towards Racine. She had no idea what to do about that, since she couldn't contemplate leaving Avalon or her court
~~~
"DNA?" Shaylee asked with a frown, thinking on the memories borrowed from the humans the evening before "Ah, blood, right? What do you think you can get from my blood?" She asked then shook her head "Pariah wants me as dead as she wants all other fae that had a hand in sending her to another realm for her punishment. Dead with as much pain as possible. Yes, I am a princess of Anstropfia, one of many."
Cadeon reluctantly let Ember go, but contented himself with holding her hand. "I'm loathe to leave this place. But we have a job to do and our little man is probably running Zypher and Navar ragged." He finished with humor.
~~~
Sandor nodded at the reminder. " I know, but it's good to have some private moments with your significant other. They don't seem like they get that very much. I'd rather not take the chance of intruding. Most things take, as long as they take. They know the dire circumstances. " He said with a shrug as he sat down.
~~~
Elina giggled softly, "No there are no sea monsters here. At least not the last time I was here." She said, as she sat up to get ready to go.
~~~
Falkirk smiled happily and said, "What does Queen Avalon think about all this?"

Jackdaw frowned and admitted, "We haven't told her yet. She's been busy with settling grievances and having a private meeting. Plus, I've been busy with practicing for my rite fight."
~~~
Avalon sighed softly and straightened. She was composing herself, in preparation of being the strong queen everyone believed her to be. " Whatever he is, I'll take it. He's one of the very few examples we have. At least until we find more. " She said quietly.
~~~
"Well, then I better get my sample quick. As far as what I'll do with it, it's none of you concern. But you still didn't answer my question. What is you other form, princess?" Markus asked with false civility.

Slygotha, anticipating the arrival of her wyrmlings, knew that with this first movement, hatching would start within a week. The wyrmlings needed to rotate for hatching, just like any other young that hatched. Quivering with excitement, her droning hum became punctuated by a deeper, resonating tone. It approached from outside her lair: it was her mate! Reaper must have finished his conquest. Slygotha anticipated victory and plunder, as she knew he would bring home nothing less. Turning to face the door, Slygotha let loose a roar, letting Reaper know that she recognized him, and that he was welcome to approach. She gently licked the egg that had been wiggling before unwinding from her nest to receive her mate.

Reaper pushed his head through the dense vines and huffed in greeting to his mate. He slipped into the lair and laid down the bags of gold in front of Slygotha for her inspection. He then turned to look at the well tended eggs with pride evident. He made a soft sound of approval, that they hadn't hatched yet.

Cicero smiled and did as Islanzadi said. He'd noticed her hesitancy in taking his hand. He'd almost withdrew the offered appendage but was delighted when she took it. It was still pretty early, so there wasn't that many people out yet.
Islanzadi walked with Cicero, and looked at the sky.
"I love the way the sun looks when it first rises." She observed out loud.

Slygotha approached Reaper, her irises widening, her nostrils flaring with overflowing emotions. She looked down at the offering from the spoils of war. Snuffling each carefully, she grasped the bags in her claws, carefully depositing the contents onto the main body of their hoard. The sparkle of the golden stream punctuated by glittering gems and rare objects reflected in her eyes. Running her claws through the augmented pile of wealth, she hummed with satisfaction before turning back to Reaper. She approached, closing the gap between them, her nostrils flared gently as she snuffled his nose.
"Welcome home, Reaper. You returned, victorious. I admit, I have missed you. The wyrmlings look to hatch within the week." She looked deep into his eyes.

Cicero glanced to the sky and smiled. "I'm still not used to the pale blue and just the one sun. I must admit the colors are mesmerizing." He said as they walked.

Reaper nuzzled the tip of her nose with his own, as he drew in her pleasing scent. His sharp vision focused solely upon her. His amber eyes conveying the sincerity of his words. "It is good to be home. I had feared I'd stayed away too long and burdened you unnecessary with my absence. I too have missed you, my beloved mate." He paused, as he glanced to the whale carcass and continued, "I see you have already feasted, I am sorry you had to do so at this critical time. But before I left Anstropfia, I gorged myself upon the tastiest creatures I'd ever sampled, to bring some home to you." He turned to lower his head, in order to regurgitate what he'd hunted for her. For he'd swallowed them whole for her enjoyment.

Carrow looked to the horse a bit confused, but got in her car. She glanced to the others as they got in.

"Don't worry.this Horse is wild but a tamed her"morgana reassured carrow, then looked to cole,"I only know towards moonhaven"Morgana said.

Maggie climbed into the back seat and help scar and ginger in.

Caroline sighed,"I have my car parked over there.sky and I can ride in it"she said.her and sky clomped in.
~
Sky giggled,"lets hope this isn't awkward.two cars and a horse going into the forest?i mean.."
~
Morgana started to head towards moon haven.

Carrow followed Sky's car, as she followed Morgana on horseback. She looked to Cole riding shotgun and chuckled. "We must be quite a sight to the other drivers. " She said with humor.

Slygotha raised her bright orange crest with surprise, practically squealing with delight. She prodded the closest corpse, coated with a mixed layer of slime and stomach acids, then proceeded to sink her teeth into the softened flesh. The bones crunched pleasingly, and the texture of the flesh was exquisite. " This creature is indeed delicious! Further spoils of conquest? Were they anyone important?"

It filled him with a primal pleasure to see Slygotha's obvious delight. He settled down upon his belly to watch his mate eat the meal he'd provided for her. He then addressed her questions. "Alas, there was no mighty battle, for the the king opted for peace instead. These fairy creatures were a boon of our agreement. They lived in the vast forest there and at first, they were quite easy to catch. Though they soon showed their intellect, once they realize I was a threat and that I had acquired taste for them. So my conquest was limited to these creatures. That, and I still got to keep our bounty."
