Islanzadi looked at his dagger and raised an eyebrow.
"Cicero, I was not being serious when I said those things. I already assured you earlier that I would not harm you, nor do I wish to. You are my friend, I am not so unstable as to harm a friend." She told him seriously, "If my humor is bothering you or confusing you, then tell me so and I shall quit."

Cicero frowned at that and put his dagger away. "It would appear, I still have much to learn about the earth and elf ways. I'm sorry for misunderstanding your intentions." He stated with obvious embarrassment.

"Yeah I would imagine, your pretty far from where any humans live. Do you live out here all by yourself?"

Autum shrugged,"I live with the animals"she told him."and Java.shes my fox"she said pointing to java who was in the tree still snarling."java stop it.hes not going to hurt me"she told the young fox gently.java stopped as soon as she told her and scrambled down the tree and sniffed him.

Cicero frowned at that and put his dagger away. "It would appear, I still have much to learn about the earth and elf ways. I'm sorry for misunderstanding your intentions." He stated with obvious embarrassment.
"It is okay, I will stop joking around in such a manner." Islanzadi said with a stern expression. "I stopped you from taking your own life, I wouldn't take it myself after that."

Asclepius finished his dinner, after trading at several more jewelry shops and buying at crafting stores that had freshwater pearls and semiprecious stones. After finally filling his belly, Asclepius finally decided to head to his hotel room. He was very far from his lair, located in a remote volcanic region. He only went home for a long rest, and to collect tomes to add to his burgeoning hoard along with favorite gems of exceptional clarity and cut. It had been a long time since he had seen his lair, 50 years at least of floating among humans. He found them not only intriguing, but he found great pleasure in helping and teaching them. Even among his own kind he was a renowned healer. In thinking about it, technology had advanced among humans at such a rate that his hoard may be discovered by a terrain mapping satellite at some point. Perhaps it was time to browse the book stores for something worthwhile to take to the library. And shore up his facade, to keep his home hidden for a little bit longer.
Or perhaps he would linger a little longer. He watched several pretty ladies walk confidently by in their finery. Even dragons could appreciate good art. He tilted his head, watching the angles change shamelessly.

( I've no problem having the golden dragon Asclepius meet up with anyone. He's a wanderer, but right now he's in the city. Anything with a good sense of smell would know he isn't human at all)

" Well that's only understandable. Family and pack should be more important than strangers." Lexi replied in understanding.
~~~
Falkirk made an appreciative sound, as he wrapped Star in his loving embrace. " I love how you always know when I need a hug. You are into it is my love. I don't think I could hide anything from you." He whispered to her.
~~~
Racine looked to Sorcha and clarified. " so I loaned magic to do such a thing. It really was Princess Sorcha that broke the spell. For the portal is still wide opened as we speak."

Maxton looked to the queen and grew curious about her. Jackdaw however, never let down his gaurd.
~~~
" Fear not, Prince Bardou. I am not a fool. I have no intentions of leaving my realm. If this queen desires an audience with me, she'll have to come to me to achieve it." Avalon said decisively.
~~~
" You are a good mother, you are expected to be protective. What of your young, how many do you have?" Garmr asked intrigued.
~~~
Sandor blushed slightly, but smiled softly. "Being male in a hyena society isn't always easy. But I'm better for it." He explained simply.
Cadeon listened quietly as she shared her experience with her time with the Indians.
Ian and Shane both smiled at that then glanced to eachother "Our pack has been expanding a lot lately with other species. It is interesting times we live in now" Shane said.
~~~
Star smiled at that and settled against his side "I am glad we found eachother." She said softly I don't want to hide anything from you."
~~~
Nabal looked to the window then to the group again "That...The portal is open?" She was surprised that it was still open and not just letting people in without letting them out again "We could leave?" Her gaze moved to her advisors, who were just as surprised and were muttering amongst themselves on if they would try to leave or if it was an elaborate trap. No help from there, so she shook her head and looked to a servant to ask them to get Star and Falkirk to bring them here.
~~
Bardou dipped his head to her, glad that she wouldn't go into that portal.
~~~
"Two, they are twins" Aurora said, both proud and worried for the pair. She wanted to see her babies again.
~~~
Rana smiled and nodded a little. "I am glad you turned out as you have, I like you as you are."
When she finished, Ember fell quiet and seemed lost in thought. It had been a while since she thought of those days. She had been a different person back then.
A red tailed hawk watched the dragon man from a lamppost nearby. Lyra tilted her head as he shamelessly checked out the women walking by him then fluffed her feathers and looked away.
