Jackdaw finally slowed as he came to a cleaning. He shifted and sat in his fae form in the middle and enjoyed the view. "Your realm is quite beautiful." He spoke to the girl quietly.

Avalon smiled softly and nodded, "They sound lovely. But in the interest of paying restitution for your people's banishment and the benefits of all of Anstrophia, you can have all you like with no expectations. Does that sound fair?" She asked seriously.

Maxton sat down at the table quietly as he listened to Avalon speaking to Queen Nabal. He looked to Turac and smiled widely. Knowing that it would be easy to get the tea should he like it.

Garmr nodded and stated, "My experience with that contraption was not pleasant. I was flown out to the battle in that cage. Hades hounds are not made to fly. " She shuddered wide-eyed.

"I can live with that." Luce said with a giggle. She then stood on tip toe to kiss him back. "For the record, I love you more then life itself. So have no doubts on that front. " She assured him.

Cadeon nodded and said, "Absolutely! This was all amazing to watch. I'm so glad I came. " He offered to carry the back for Ember, after he put on his knife.

Sorcha looked at the flowers and smelled one bloom, smiling at the scent. "That is lovely." She said softly then smiled at him again. She was glad to be with him and basically alone in such a lovely place.

She stopped at the edge of the clearing and watched him as she nodded "It is, and this is only a small portion of it" She said calmly

Nabal smiled at that then chuckled softly "Now that is something none of my people would be against. Many have heard of the tea while few left have had it before." She said then looked to her cup "They will be glad for the chance to have some now."

Turoc got a cup of the tea to try it as he sat with Maxton. He was glad of the chance but still a bit scared. He took a sip after a moment than closed his eyes to enjoy it more

Anna patted her hand gently and smiled at her. "Flying against your will is never a good thing." She agreed then glanced around the room and back to Garmr "But it can be fun to fly on a dragon's back."

Jason smiled at that and shook his head a little "I have no doubts about that." He said quietly "That is how much I love you"

Ember smiled and let him have the bag as they headed for the van again.

Racine looked to Sorcha as she sampled the scent of the bloom. His eyes caressing her features quietly. At her words, he couldn't stop his own, "Not half as lovely as you."

"Why are you scared of me girl? I'm not the big bad wolf, I will not devour you whole. " Jackdaw asked, as he glanced back at her. "I noticed it's quite large, hence my resting. What are you called? Me, I'm simply Jackdaw most days. I've only recently got my titles back. They don't seem to fit me anymore, or I them. Whichever it is." He explained with a smile.

"This concerns me when you state that not may are left that have tasted the tea. Was there a plague that took them?" Avalon asked alarmed. All the ones she knew were gone? She never felt so old in her life. She stole a glance to Ender as she thought of her own mortality. How long did she have left. She focused upon Nabal once again.

Ender had felt Avalon's eyes upon him. He felt like an eager pet awaiting it's masters attention. He shamelessly enjoy it.

Maxton waited with baited breath for Turac's reaction to the tea.

Indigo and Isolde helped the elders with the flower collecting. They received a couple of nasty bites before they got the hang of it.

Garmr chuckled softly and explained further, "Hopefully more fun then being in the dragon claws. That is also not a pleasant experience I would like to endure anytime soon." She replied with slight humor.

Luce smiled happily and took his hand to led him somewhere a little more private.

Cadeon grinned as they walked along. He carried the bag in one hand and held Ember's hand in his other. He was glad to be going back. He wondered what Bob was up to. Probably running Angela to a frazzle.

Sandor started the van as he saw them walking over.

(yay! Look, you narrowed down a little bit of the mystery of where they might be living! Looks like tropical Africa, or the Asian jungles. Perhaps a large island in the Philippines that has an elephant population and a small tribal band of humans? Who can guess yet...)
Slygotha looked up to her mate, pleased. " They are nothing i can't handle. Petty squabbles, rank battles, eating, sleeping, flying. They are understanding much more now. Trogdor has only flown into the walls a few times now, but Gugol has a tendency to fly very purposely, calculating her trajectory quite accurately. Nidhogg has been practicing her hoovering, and you can see Razeth is off doing his flight practice as we speak. Valstrath is around somewhere, I think he's still sleeping. I am sure Nevitha will tell you how she has been doing herself."
Slygotha turned to tear a chunk from the carcass that lay before her, placing the chunk between her claws to pull smaller pieces out.

Sorcha flushed and smiled at him at that compliment. "Thank you. " She said and squeezed his hand gently. She hesitated a moment then moved to give him a hug.

"I am not afraid" she said bravely then came closer to him. "I thought you wanted to be alone. I am Rayne. Why are you not used to your title Prince Jackdaw?"

Nabal frowned and looked to the table. "No, no plague. Not in the normal way at least. As soon as we were sent to Ettence the oldest started to get sick and show their age more. After a while they started to die off. We don't know why but it seems that our lifespans were shortened drastically. "

Turac smiled then looked to Maxton again. "It is delicious. " he said happily

The elders had shifted, using their dragon scales to protect them from the flower's bite as they gathered them in the baskets provided.

Anna chuckled and nodded. "Riding on their backs is much better than being carried in their claws."

Jason walked with Luce, already feeling better just with having her close.

Ember and Rana got the bags settled with Cadeon then settled in the van to go back to the hotel with them

(;) I thought we'd agreed upon their location. Hence the cows, crocodiles and primitive tribesmen. So an elephant wasn't that much of a reveal. But now it could be any of those places you mentioned. I do love a mystery. Lol! :P )

"I had no doubts, my lovely." Reaper replied lovingly as he looked to the wyrmlings. Searching for Valstrath out of curiosity. He smiled a serpentine smile as he found him curled around a clump of gems. "It seems Valstrath's passion for gems is taking root early. " He said with humor as he pointed with his snout.

Racine was both surprised and delighted by Sorcha's warm affection. He closed his eyes and savored every moment the hug lasted.

Jackdaw chuckled softly and said, "Fair enough. I did give that impression, didn't I? Well, now I wouldn't mind company. As far as my former loss of titles, it a very long story. If you come sit with me, I may tell you it." He looked over his shoulder and winked playfully.

"Very curious indeed. " Avalon said as she sip her tea. Thinking over that development over. "I wonder if the leaves would help?" She asked with speculation.

Maxton held his glasses up in a quiet toast, "To no regrets. " He replied softly.

( My only guideline is tropical or sub tropical swampland with very sparse native tribesman, within 3 hours of coastline. That could be a lot of South America, that tropical swath of Africa, and parts of tropical Asia and the Philippines, even certain parts of Australia. Elephants narrow it down a lot! Sometimes this is more fun anyways, and besides, I'm going to assume most of the others reside in America.or fairyland.)
