Now that they were swimming, Slygotha made little Trogdor swim too. She didn't want to give him any special advantage because of his awkward nature, she just didn't want him flying into the trees, so swimming was much safer. Even with the crocodiles, Trogdor was probably safer in the water. Slygotha slipped under the surface, her third eyelid a clear window into the murky water, wisps of acid not fully contained dissipating like a thin mist around her in the depths. Fish and frog alike fled with fervor, and all the animals that could flee to land did so in a panicky exodus. Tucking her wings in, she spread her webbed toes, gliding like a Leviathan through the waters, watching for anything that caught her attention as she followed Reaper. Gugol, Nidhogg, and Trogdor tucked in their wings, looking like black sinewy crocodiles as they swam.

Reaper led on, confident that their wyrmlings were acclimating to swimming very well. While Slygotha guaranteed their safety from below, Reaper watched the skies and shorelines.

A little yellow/whitish light appeared a few feet away in the grass, and subtly faded away. Islanzadi looked a little closer in the grass, and with the help of the moonlight and her keen eyesight she spotted a tiny figure just a little bit darker than the ground. She gently nudged the little beetle onto her finger and his abdomen continuously glowed on and off as he crawled around on her hand.

Islanzadi went back over to Cicero to show him the lightning bug.
"Well, here's one. That's a good sign that there'll be more." She said gladly.

Aurora shifted to her human form and looked to the door as her girls came out and ran over to hug her close. She took a moment to just hug her daughters and kiss their cheeks before turning to introduce them to Ravek and Jeager happily.
