Dominic barked on the radio, "The tear gas didn't work. They're too clever for tactical. We'll have to use a biological to separate them. " He watched the screens as he debated which one to use when he smiled at the wingless dragon. Would the dragon's scales protect her aginst the poison thorns? He wondered as he reached for the button to open her door. They would soon find out.

Garmr rushed to get the waters, both saltin boowl and fresh in a glass, then rejoined the ground. She brought the items over to Jackie and set them down.

Xatia settled down where she was supposed to be, between Asclepius and Kellan. She then opened remind to Jackie to be used as a conduit however she deemed.

Logan, standing in the door on his side of the center room, flicked his ear towards the sound of an opening door. He turned, growling though he couldn't half see what was there through his tears. He sneezed and pawed at his snout and eyes again and tried to see what this new threat was.

Kali started to get up then laid on her belly again, panting. What was going on?

Hunter, nearly on the opposite side of the room, looked up from where he had fallen then around, wiping at his eyes as well. He had heard something move and thought the odd split experiments had been sent back in with them down

Once they were all in position, Jackie took a cloth and dipped it in the salt water, then placed that over Aurora's neck then took the hands of the two males, using their open connections so that all four could work as one to find the spell on the collar and undo it together. She smiled at the click of the collar opening and falling off.

Aurora didn't respond immediately to that, she needed a little time to readjust before she blinked and looked around at everyone.

"Now the glass, she's likely very thirsty" Jackie said, looking to Garmr as she released the others and started to clean up, putting the collar in a bag.

Jura had picked her pacing back up when she heard a sound and paused to look around her cell. Her gold eyes narrowed as the door slid open across from her, the smell of tear gas rolled into her cell a bit. She sneezed and shook her head, thankfully it wasn't full strength. She stalked towards the door entering the room cautiously, she saw bodies around the room, took her a moment to register them as wolves. She snarled she didn't much like wolves, then again she had never met a wolf that had ever been kind to her. She raised her head up above the remaining gas and let out a throaty rumbling growl. Was this meant to be her lunch, usually when they fed her at the old place the things had already been dead.

Dominic watched curiously, wondering just what might happen. Would the strange wolf show itself again? He wondered.

There was jubilant applause after the collar slipped free. Garmr eagerly gave Aurora the glass of water. Anxious to see her friend feeling better.

Xatia opened her eyes and smiled at Jackie. She was quite remarkable.

Zypher had moved to stand next to Anna and let a sigh of relief out.

Logan growled again, what was this new creature? It was as strange as teh wolf-crow hybris they had just fought. He backed up a little, moving to Kali again to push her back closer to a wall for safely.

"Who are you?" Hunter asked, the only one of the three in human form from the pack as well as being the eldest. He stood, moving to place himself between the dragon and the two wolves.

Jackie smiled at Zatia, then touched one of the diamonds and held it towards Garmr "Let this touch your collar, it should deactivate it as well."

Aurora sat up a little, moving slowly so that she could drink the glass of water then rest her hand in the bowl of salt water. It felt good to have her element there, though she wanted to go and immerse herself in an ocean for a few years.

Jura froze as one, a human man that still stunk of wolf stepped forward to speak. It placed itself between her and the others. Ah so this was the leader of this pack, must be if he is speaking for them. She lowered her head and let out a rumbling growl at the man. She pealed her lips off her teeth in a snarl as she breathed out into his face. "What has happened here? How do I leave?" She said in a deep resonating voice, ignoring his question all together. She had one thought, she wanted out, if he would not tell her how she would go through him if need be. Her tail flicked behind her in agitation, something was off, there was more then the smell of wolf in this room, something in here was more then it seemed.

Valstrath and Razeth were frightened for broodmother as she walked out into the open area. They glanced around nervously to keep vigilance for anything out of the ordinary. The putrid bodies of those who fallen in battle littered the ground perfuming the air with death and acidic ashes. If there was any enemies left hidden here, they could not smell them.

Reaper sensed the resolve in his young son. But his attention quickly was diverted as the door at the end of the hall was opened. He hissed ominously as he saw Markus step through. His grim face didn't bode well. He focused upon the human with hatred and anger in his eyes.

Markus looked to the male and sighed softly with much regret. " We could not save you daughter. We did all we could. Too many organs were failing at once, but in the end, her heart is what got her. I'm sorry, I wanted a different outcome." He said resolutely.

Reaper slowly stood and walked to the thick glass that separated them. " Your words mean nothing, your actions as well. Had you not dared catch us, she would still be alive and happy. Her blood is on your hands and my vengeance is upon your head. Play God all you like, I have met many Gods who have fallen just the same. I will get out of here and I will taste your bones." He said with conviction.

Markus simply stared at Reaper in the eyes at his words. He was entitled to them. " I'm sorry for your loss. " He replied as he turned to leave.

Reaper growled with determination and slammed his fist full force into the glass where Markus's face had been while impotent rage filled him.
Slygotha touched the black stone embedded on her chest where she had placed her mantle of darkness, releasing it to snake along the ground like a mist. She reined it in a bit, so as to make it appear as nighttime within. Her sharp eyes would be little affected, but at least it would obscure her movement to the casual observer. It thinned out, not protruding above the trees, like a black smoke. In fact, smoke was exactly what she was going for. It would be less out of place, especially after a battle involving fire. The grey smoke still hung in the air, putrid wisps with reminders of death and her own sulfuric compounds after they had combusted.
Creeping forward, she paused often to cock her head and listen, but the creak of trees and the weird squelching of Ash, mud, and water sucking at her claws was all she heard. It was hard to pick up any other scents over the scents of her battle. Growing a bit bolder, she moved forward intently, dragging her claws through the mud to look for seed. She realized much of the landing was burnt out. Cursing, she went towards the opening of her den. The lingering darkness clung to the land like an early morning mist.

Trogdor could tell his father was upset. The man said that his meanest sister had died. Trogdor was mad that she had died. He saw his dad's resolve, and didn't really know what he should do or how to feel, so he started crying again. These emotions felt weird and alien as this small human body.

Hunter sighed and shook his head "We were brought in by that door, though we cannot open it. We are captives here." He stated, moving closer to his kin even as he watched the dragon creature "You are welcome to try the door if you wish, there is one on that side where the other wolf-crow creatures retreated, what remained of them anyway."

Kali growled at Logan's insistence that she move closer to a wall, though she forced herself to get up and move before flopping on the ground again. She didn't like this new creature, but so long as she didn't attack, Kali wouldn't either.

Jura looked to both doors that were mentioned before swinging her head back to the pack. She surveyed the two still in their wolf forms, one of these things was not what it seemed. She could feel it, smell it, she flared her nostrils slightly to take in the scent of the two wolves. The female, she was not a regular wolf, she wasn't sure exactly what she was but she was not a simple wolf. She wasn't sure she liked that, not knowing but in this case she didn't care. She turned towards the door they had mentioned being unable to open. She then brought her head down before charging it and curling her neck back and throwing all her weight behind her shoulder as it collided with the door. She then reared up on her hind legs and raked her claws against the door trying to find purchase. She could care less if these wolves got out or not. But she was not going to be chained up again and used for someone else sick pleasure.

Wow. Hunter moved back to the other two, simply watching as the dragon attacked the door. He was very glad that she had not chosen to come after them. Since she was busy, he turned to check on Kali since the she-wolf was awake now. "Can you take your human form?"

Kali looked to Hunter and growled, then laid her ehad on her paws. She was too tired to shift and just wanted, no needed to rest. First shift had even stopped Anna, and Anna was stronger than Kali.
