Amar smiled shyly and stepped forward to stroke a thestrals face.

The Thesteral flapped its wings happily. The other one looked at her, and could tell she had to be a unicorn. It looked at her excitedly since Thesterals usually were friends of unicorns.

Navar braced himself as he climbed on the Thestrels back. He looked over at Amar and smiled, "That was easy. This might not be to bad." He replied with relief.

"Well, I see you seem to like to be independent." She said, "Not a bad thing, of course. I'm guessing Warg's aren't pack animals?"

The Thesteral took off like a bullet into the air, going in a quick circle for fun and then speeding towards the mountain. The other thestral waited for Amar to get on.

Raine insisted on perching on the back of Astrid's chair. He didn't need to eat a lot in this form. Plus, he secretly loved the idea of Astrid slipping him a bite here and there.

Carrow walked into the room and looked at a sleeping Buchanan. She then quietly went over to him to touch his cheek. He was so still, she had to prove to herself that he was alive. Letting out a breath she sat down in the chair beside the bed and centered Liana in her lap. "It's alright sweetheart. He just got hurt. He'll be alright soon." She said soothingly to the frightened fawn. She wrapped her arms around her and started rocking gently.
