Amar slowly sat up, wiping her eyes. She turned to Navar, staring at him for a few moments. "Why didn't you tell me? I trusted you, Navar. If you had told me what you were about to do I would have listened. But do it behind my back... That, that wasn't fair..." Her voice quivered. She was beginning to trust him, but still distanced herself from him because of the fear that haunted her.
Navar nodded as he looked down. "I know that now. Zypher told me to not take you there, but I didn't listen to him. I was convinced I was doing the right thing. I'll never repeat that mistake. I have learned my lesson well, but at the expense of you. I'm sorry I betrayed you Amar." He said with conviction, as he looked up to meet her eyes.
