"Misplaced trust. We also had collars. It controls us in a way." She scoffed. "Or at least an attempt too." She thought about it for a moment. "Markus trusted me with Amar. He knew I could keep her safe. The other two...I don't really know."

"What about a Phoenix? They have healing powers in their tears, too. Though, they can also choose to cry tears that make the wound more painful..." Ember said and stared off into space. She shook her head, "Um, anyway..." She said awkwardly, "Where were you all this time?" She asked Katrice.

(Sorry I should have been more specific, the year is with animals not born with the power of healing ) Katrice said "I was in the forest and learned that Moonhaven is cut down. The "forest" is more of a dead swamp." I went to the mountains and found Ju here." Katrice said "I don't know if she's one of us, but she knows that I am a centaur..."

Luis walked out of the building and got into one of the white vans, driving away. He was heading to a hatchery.
A worker walked over to Graydon's pen, nervous. There was a small pool made out of stone that he was supposed to put into his pen, so other workers were bringing it at the moment. The man looked at Graydon, he had meat in his hand. He put his hand into the pen slowly, to see if Graydon was dangerous or not, because Luis was the only one who truly knew him.

Graydon watched the man. He hunkered low and made a noiseless hiss. He flicked his scorpion tail ever so slightly. Showing his weapon of choice. But he didn't attack, yet. He didn't trust these other guy, Luis was the only one he knew.

Navar nodded understanding. "I forgot about the collars. Well, thank you for watching over her. We should probably get some sleep, it's getting late." He said quietly as he laid back down and closed his eyes.

Arran watched amazed at how Estelle ate. She wouldn't even have to heat it in the future. She looked over at Angela and signed "Wow!"

Ember also was quiet, watching the skyline also. She settled in the seat comfortably, liking this time with him alone. She didn't want to go in with the others though she was getting tired.

Angela was watching also and almost missed the sign. She glanced to Arran and grinned then looked back to Estelle as she turned her head to get a drink from the water.

Kyra sighed and looked around the pen then dug into the piled hay to hide and make a plan if she could think of one. She was soon asleep, more tired than she had realized since her home was so destroyed.
