Keldwyn was happy that Sirène agreed with her. She hummed a merry little song as they walked back to the fire.

When they reached the fire it was still burning. Sirène put the frogs on top of the sticks, just above the fire.

"Help him do what?" His eyes narrowed and he stepped back.... and slipped on his own patch of ice and fell.

She turned toward him. "I have to h-help them catch us... I have to..." She stared at the ground.

Dawn wagged her tail excitedly. She had never been complimented so much in one day, and she rather liked it.

Dust was silent for a moment, then he nodded. "I trust you."

Zia finished making the border of the puzzle and smiled proudly. 

Absmi smiled warmly at Dawn, but discreetly kept her distance.

Jackdaw was reaching out to stroke her fur, when he stopped himself. He forced his hands at his sides to fight the urge. She was a lady, not a pet.

Aeval smiled pleased, as she climbed down from off his back. She then shifted and took off to go hunt.

"Good job! Now we can see the size scale as to where things should be." He praised her.

"I-uhm... I don't have a name. But please let me help you or I am going to be locked up again." She pleaded. 

"Help him do what?" His eyes narrowed and he stepped back.... and slipped on his own patch of ice and fell.

That got Rex's attention. "Well, if you can stop burg boy here. That would be great. " He said with respect.

Absmi smiled warmly at Dawn, but discreetly kept her distance.

Dawn shifted back to her human form and laughed it excitedly when she noticed her outfit shifted with her. "It worked, Absmi! It actually worked!!! I'm still in the dress!"

Dust watched, then went back to following the men slowly and at a distance.

Zia sorted through the puzzle pieces. "So..." She said, desperately searching for a conversation started.

Anger burned through him, and his powers grew. The clearing became a sheet of ice and the tree's leaves burst into little poofs of snow.

"That's it!" He roared, and the man nearest to him turned to ice. He stared at the man in horror,"Go away!"

Keldwyn was relieved to see the fire was still burning hot. She watched the frogs cooking curiously. How their bodies changed in the heat.

Taylor shifted back to her human form,"You're going to have to heal both forms." She gritted her teeth in pain,"They heal separately." She squeezed her eyes shut so she wouldn't cry.

Orson nodded, as he held his hand to her head. As he did so, he frowned deeply. "You are different from the others." He then concentrated on the spell. Then he softly chanted the words, "Blood, flesh, bone, unite. Heal the hurt, make it right."

Taylor sighed in relief,"Thank you. I am different. My adopted sister and I aren't normal. We were made at a lab. I don't know what they did to us but I think she does." She took a deep breath,"My sister was the person who just attacked everyone. I think she thinks we're still there. Whatever she remembers... It's literally driving her insane. Can you heal her?" She begged.

"That's it!" He roared, and the man nearest to him turned to ice. He stared at the man in horror,"Go away!"

"Oh, now you did it. I was going to let you be. But you just kill my brother. All bets are off now." He said with vengeful hate.
