Star gave him her most wide eyes innocent look and nodded. "Yes, I would like to know" She said and had to keep herself from laughing at the little game they both played

Rosie was a little surprised that he moved her like that, though she herself had no objection to it. She kissed him gently, showing a love she couldn't speak yet.

Don also called out to the two females, searching for them so they could get out of this place.

Jackie came to the door and looked in at the assembly. "Ashton, they said you are a doctor, can you help us triage out here? Many are wounded" She asked then paused when she saw that Cadeon had brought Ember inside. "She will either need magic healing or she will need space to burn herself to a fresh body" She said after looking to the phoenix. "She is phoenix, she won't die so easily"

"I don't know, maybe we should help them though" Estelle said and glanced to him

Falkirk looked around again and said, "I counted them as they were put in the pouch." He put his finger to his lips in a shush motion.

Ender chuckled softly as he bit into a fruit.

Ericsson sighed softly as he reluctantly pulled back. He looked Rosie deep in the eyes and whispered, "I tried to warn you, humans are scoundrels. I stole that kiss and I'm not even sorry for it." He gave her a crooked smile.

Ashton looked over at Jackie. Oh, but of course! Is the portal still open, I need my black medical bag." She said as she got to her feet.

Cadeon stayed with Ember. He couldn't let her go. If she burned, she'd be a new Phoenix, not his Ember. Better she burned him up in the process. He picked her up and went outside. He didn't want Jackie's house in danger of fire, if things went south. He laid her down upon a bed of moss. He then curled up next to her. Nothing else mattered. He should have been there for her. He had failed her.

Aurelius watched him walk away. She looked around a moment before spitting out the chewed clover. She then hurried after Rio.

Keldwyn looked around and noticed it for the first time. "Oh, indeed it is. Yes, that would be a good idea. " She said as she stood up and shifted to her kelpie form.

Rio looked at a deep purple iris and admired it. "I always thought these flowers were beautiful." He said thoughtfully as a honey bee eagerly flew around it.

Sirene told Esprit and her siblings and they all started to swim back to the town. "I'm curious, can Kelpies sleep underwater? And if they can, is that what they normally do?" Sirene asked Keldwyn curiously.

Rosie blushed and shook her head at that comment. He could definitally make her smile and that was important to her. "Oh, you stole it, did you?" She asked teasingly "How can you steal what is freely given?"

Jackie reached over to grab her arm and stop her "There were alarms and a countdown. It is not safe to go back there now' She said warningly then watched Cadeon take Ember out. She sighed and looked back to Ashton "Come, I will show you where I keep what I have while I call these medical wolves to come here too" She said and headed for the kitchen.

Estelle nodded and started for the yard where the injured were laid out. She paused briefly when she saw her double then kept going. Soon both Estelle's would be helping to take care of the injured and running errands for the more professional and older ones.

Aurelius stopped to admire it. It's perfectly formed petals and it's rich aroma. "I like this flower very much." She whispered to the bee, as it landed on the petals and crawled inside. She giggled softly and said, "And it seems you like it as well. I'll leave you to it then. Good day and thanks for honey, it is one of my favorites. " She grinned at the bee before she hurried back over to Rio. She smiled sheepishly. "Sorry!"

Keldwyn swam back with the family. She answered Sirène's questions, " A kelpie can sleep in or out of water. It is normal for both ways. Where male kelpie can go long periods without water. Female's must live by water at all times." She explained simply

Nektar, Kyth, Arran, Vaughan and Bertram. We're all helping in someway or the other. Bertram took a pail of water from Vaughan. He then set and started cleaning and dressing wounds.

Taylor took off her mask too. "Officially? Wow!" She grinned proudly,"I feel very important." She sighed happily,"Nevertheless let's get outta here!" She lead him back to Orson's cell.

Nisha had gone back to the cell once the fighting started but she was too embarrassed to let Orson know she was there. She wasn't scared she just couldn't fight to save her life.

Kristen's heart stopped racing and she began to be unable to ignore the intense pain. She stumbled back towards the cell as the alarms went off, but she was seeing spots.

Enoch sighed and said, "You were not paying attention and you grew overconfident. It's not a competition about who gets the most strokes or the hardest hits. Because of killing blow, just takes a second and a well placed jab."

Orson raced looking for Kristen and Nisha. He called out to them repeatedly.

Aaran nodded,"Okay I understand." He raised his sword,"Could I try again?"

(She didn't go into the cell she just hid outside because she was embarrassed)
Nisha ran towards the cell door,"Here!!" She went through the portal as fast as she could.

Kristen shifted when she heard him calling for her,"Orson?? Orson I'm over here!" She limped wincing toward the cell.

Rosie flushed and dipped her head. "No guilt" She agreed and settled her head against his chest. She just felt comfortable around him, and happy, like he was a part of her pack already.

Jackie glanced to her then shrugged "They made me leave when they went off" She said and finished going to the kitchen to reach the pantry "Marcus failed to kill or take the pack, so he's likely doing something drastic to try to kill the ones left.We killed two of his pets, Ra and Anubis I believe" She grabbed the phone and dialed the number to get the medical wolves to come to the house and bring what they could for bullet wounds and burns and lacerations.

Estelle and her double worked together after a few misunderstandings about who had sent one for what. They were not allowed to dress the wounds, since they were still children, but the did a lot of fetch and carry work for the others.

The unhurt wolves who were not helping with the wounds, were taking the weapons to get them out of the way and start cleaning them. They watched the portal for their Alpha worriedly, though they knew he would be the last to leave that place.

Don turned when he heard Nisha and saw her go into the cell with the portal. He smiled and went to help Kristen and Orson "Hurry, let's get out of here now, Nisha's gone through." He said, going to Kristen to put 'his' arm over his shoulder to help the limping girl that looked like Orson.

Navar straightened on the couch and smoothed out the seams of his clothing. "I'm sure, I have no idea what you mean." He stated plainly. He then looked over at Jaeger with a sigh as he asked, "Why do all male fey shirts have opened v's neck, all the way down to the naval? Better question, does that not seem weird to you? Just as my original clothing, has all mysteriously disappeared."

Jaeger grinned and said, "You ware the attire of your intended's station. A prince's garments. So you honor her, by waring them." He explained respectfully to Navar.

Navar looked over at Dawn and said, "Leaving here does have it's appeals. A warm chest for one. I'm more then eye candy, I have a brain, too." He winked at Dawn playfully.

Degan picked up the pace. He was a little confused why a stream mattered so much. But he followed along.

The moose stumbled ungracefully over the uneven terrain and due to Dust's brutal tugging. It collapse, starting to feel the effects of exhaustion and blood loss.

Dawn rolled her eyes. "At least you don't have to wear a dress."

Zia knew the beauty the stream brought with it. The grass and trees at it's edges were greener and stronger. The sun would shine off the water and make the dew sparkle like fairies, in her mind.

Dust went right for the throat, mercilessly clawing and tearing at the animal's neck. He dragged the animal's body along the ground, never letting go of the neck, back to Aeval.

Rio grinned and laughed slightly. He didn't know what she said to the bee, but he knew she said something which was funny enough. "I wonder if there are any bee shifters. If there are, they're lucky. So tiny they are barely noticed!" Rio said and pretended to be jealous.

Sirène nodded, "That must be annoying, always having to be around water yet your animal form still allows you to walk on land." She said, "Though it's probably not any worse than the fact I must worry about water, it's pretty much exactly the same."
