Dawn smiled. "Thank you, Jackdaw." She appreciated his protection, but deep inside, she actually missed Markus. He and his collection was what she knew for the majority of her life.

Zia smiled and nodded in agreement with Degan. "Pyro sounds much cooler." She didn't really know what to do with a dragon. She felt like this was slavery in some strange way, and she didn't like that idea. After all, he was a shifter was well.

Dust growled, although he was in his human form. He felt foolish for forgetting, but all battles seemed to morph into each other. "She shall pay in blood for what she has done to you."  

Jackdaw smiled happily, "You're welcome. " He said awkwardly, as he looked around the beach. "Hey, you want to build a sandcastle? " He asked eagerly.

Pyro grinned, then thought better of it, so he sobered. He looked around and asked, "Is this where you live? " He asked curiously.

Degan snorted and said, "Nope, she lives in a den."

Falkirk wasn't going to push the issue. He instead asked, "What would you like to do?"

Graydon yawned and looked out at the stars. " Yes, but I don't want this day to end. It was such a wonderful day." He said quietly.

"He better have got his raven tail out of there. I've grown to like him." Zypher admitted with humor.

Bertram nodded as he quickly went back into the water.

Sergio ran over to Jackie. "What is he doing?!" She asked confused.

Bertram was able to get up under the creature and lift it to the surface. It's breathing raggedy from a certain amount of water in its airways. It hacked and coughed. Bertram made it to the shore and shifted to put it out onto the shore. It laid there coughing up water. It's eyes watched them intently. It made to get up, but dropped weakly to itself side again. Driving it's barbed shoulder into the mud.

Star looked back to him again then sighed softly and looked at the keys of the piano, idly moving her fingers in the pattern he had shown her without really realizing what she did. "I probably should go to practice some more, but I would rather just stay with you" She admitted softly.

Kyra nodded and yawned then looked to him "Yes, and tomorrow will be better, since we can stay in the forest" he said quietly

Angela watched his eyes as he spoke then nodded "Deal" She said though she was still afraid. She would face the unknown for and with him.

Anna smiled and nodded "I rather like him too, he's his own character" She said then snuggled close to Zypher's side.

Jason pulled the visor down and put on some glasses to change the way he looked, since he knew Marcus looked for them through cameras sometimes now. He glanced to the others "Keep your faces hidden from cameras, there should be glasses in the pockets you can use."

"Rescuing him" Jackie said then watched Bertram bring in the creature. She waited for it to lay still then spoke "We do not want to kill you, can you shift?" She asked curiously

Taylor peeked open one eye,"Ah, yes. One question or more specifically an observation. I think your body consists of your head. Sorry to break it to ya, but it's slightly disturbing."

Kristen turned around at the sound of the things voice but kept calling for Orson. She had to find Orson before that thing found him. She started running again but she stumbled, fell, and hit her head.

"I remember you vowed already. I just wanted to reveal the reason why. I think we should head back now. I want to smell something other then ashes. " She said tonelessly as she looked over the destruction.

Muffin's jaw dropped open. "Why, I've never!" The hand puppet said. Nashton started laughing as he did as Jason said. He got some sunglasses out for him and Taylor.

Orson felt the draw on his protection spell. He followed it to Kristen. That when he found her on the ground. "Kristen! What happened? " He asked as he rushed to her aide.

Angela blinked then looked around the cabin again before nodding "Our sleeping area is through that door." She said quietly. The cabin was one bedroom, but then doves did like to sleep together so it never bothered them. She turned to see if any food was there that was edible for them

Anna smiled happily as she leaned against him, waiting for them to arrive at the apartment building. She glanced to Arran and Ashton and tilted her head a little. They hadn't asked if the women wanted to stay here, yet neither one made any complaint.

Jason drove the van, careful of traffic and lights until he could park in the underground lot.

Jackie tilted her head a little and waited a moment or two longer. She glanced to Sergio then Bertram before looking to the creature again "We can help get you free of Marcus" She said gently.

Elina watched him work silently. She was still emotional over Aaran's response. He was going to help them attack Anstopfia. Now all they needed was Vatgkan to get the portal spell. Since the blood moon was two nights away and they didn't have an Oilin or Amar. It was decided that if they can't create a new world, they'd take the old one back. She smiled at him again in happiness. He really did care about her beyond her being the only princess around.

Jackdaw smiled sentimentally. "I haven't done it since I was a young pup. But for some reason, it feels like it would be fun to play in the sand. We have both been through so much, let's be ageless together. " He said with gusto

Pyro grinned and said, "The geographical layout of this area, suggest that there should be a cave..." he looked at the lay of the land then nodded as he pointed. "in that general direction. Dragons are very good at finding caves. Would that work as a den?" He asked helpful.
