Star smiled at him again. She was glad to stay with him, despite knowing she needed to learn defense. She leaned against him a little and started playing the piano, though she didn't know the song she played.

Kyra smiled at him and nodded "Or we could bird watch, so you can get more of an idea of how to move your wings. You haven't watched eagles or hawks. They are larger birds and they move differently"

Angela blinked then looked around the cabin again before nodding "Our sleeping area is through that door." She said quietly. The cabin was one bedroom, but then doves did like to sleep together so it never bothered them. She turned to see if any food was there that was edible for them

Anna smiled happily as she leaned against him, waiting for them to arrive at the apartment building. She glanced to Arran and Ashton and tilted her head a little. They hadn't asked if the women wanted to stay here, yet neither one made any complaint.

Jason drove the van, careful of traffic and lights until he could park in the underground lot.

Jackie tilted her head a little and waited a moment or two longer. She glanced to Sergio then Bertram before looking to the creature again "We can help get you free of Marcus" She said gently. 

Falkirk recognized the song she was playing he started playing with her. "I think you are prodigy." He said with wonder.

Graydon went wide-eyed. "That sounds like a better idea. Less bruising too." He said excitedly.

Nektar went to check out the back room. To make sure that was safe and secure.

Ashton looked around the city as Jason drove. She hated sunglasses they always gave her a headache. She decided to ask the question that had been plaguing her. "How is Ericsson doing?" She asked as she turned around in the passenger seat to look at them. She couldn't tell if they lied due to the sunglasses they wore, but it was more out of habit with Markus.

( I fact checked, I did say it was Gen-one mutt with the vaccine made from Amar's blood. So he's shift capable. But he'll be infantile. He's smart, but can't read or talk very well, because he's been raised a creature, not a shifter. Sound good to you? )
The creature shuddered at the mention of Markus's name. He shifted and looked up at the female with wide eyes. "I be hit...um, hurt. I failed. " He struggled to communicate.

Aaran silently extinguished the last fires then turned to Elina and smiled,"All done. Are you ready to go?" He looked at her more closely and grinned,"What are you smiling about?"

Taylor glared at him coldly from behind her glasses,"Does Muffin need a pair?"

Kristen laughed through her tears,"What are you crying about? You're okay, I'm okay, it's going to be okay. Nothing happened to me but there's this thing following me..." Her face whitened a little bit,"O-orson I don't think it's alive."

Elina smiled shyly and said, "Just incredibly happy, that all. Yes, I'm ready to go."

Orson froze at her description. She had said he was cold and faceless.

Kristen stared into his eyes worriedly,"Orson did you see him? He looked like living death, and he kept on saying that he was you. He knew stuff about us like the smuggled pizza. Who would know that?"

Nashton took spit and cleaned off the marker. He then said dramatically, "She left me for my other hand. She said he could handle anything. So I guess I was only a fling. I feel so used. " He sobbed softly.

If I had to guess, I'd say we are spirit bonded. So the vision you saw, was your version of a spirit walk. When I found Sergio, it wasn't scary. It was nice. I sorry you had to go through that. But it seems, I was right to place the blame on me. I did this to you. Forgive me Kristen. If I knew how to undo it, I would. " He said with conviction.

Kristen hugged him tightly,"Don't you ever ever blame yourself for hurting me. You didn't hurt me and if you would never do anything to hurt me. Nothing that happened was your fault, I promise. It's an honor to be bonded to you like that and it's an honor to be an Oilin. None of what happened was your fault."

Falkirk smiled at Star and thought about the song. " It's a tail of martyr and how he only found true freedom in his sacrifice of self. It's an odd choice of song to remember. But very beautiful, none the less. Would you like to hear it in it's entirety?" He asked quietly.

Graydon was anxious for tomorrow now. But he was still enjoying his time with his best friend and his first real glimpse of the stars. "So why can't you see the stars in the day time? " He asked curiously.

Nektar looked to Angela and said, "This is a pleasant surprise. We should rest good here."

Ashton sighed softly with relief. "Thank goodness. He is a good man." She said quietly.

Zypher nodded, "I know, I served with him. We are lifelong friends. I won't let anyone harm him. Especially since I had to shoot him to keep him safe from that mad man, Markus. But he's out of his reach now." He explained, as he turned to Arran. "We are not uncaring. We are just slow to trust humans. But once we give our loyalty, it's unwavering. Your dove friend is testament to that fact. I know you are scared, your fear perfumes the air." He said with conviction. He then glanced to Aurelius. She smiled and bowed her head in appreciation. Zypher smiled and turned around in the seat once more.

The creature looked to the other two for confirmation. At their nods. He looked to Jackie and nodded his head. "Yes....I like out." He said quietly.

Danika nodded and stood, getting ready to start training with her again.
