"I slept well." Demeter said.
"I will probably go back to Olympus soon for a short period of time, just to make sure everything is in order. While I'm gone, just remember that you can always call for me when you need help." She told him and stood. While she wasn't the busiest goddess, there were still tasks that she had to make sure were completed.

Jackdaw leaned forward and pressed his lips to Bardou neck is symbolic acceptance. He then offered his friend a hand up. "I'm not sure the formalities are necessary. It is just the two of us now." He said with deep sadness. He looked over at the journal on the desk and said, "I was just reading my old journal from a more idealistic time." He looked meaningfully at Bardou and grinned happy to see him. "You look really good. The years have been kind to you."

Zypher waited and waited for Anna's petulant look, before he chuckled. "Just kidding love. I knew what you meant. I was just having a little fun with you." He said with radiant humor, as he tweaked her nose and left to tell Axis to get the keys for that room.

Jaxon was surprised to see the wolf shape. "It sure does! Good eye, Skylar." He then watched as it dismembered and formed a different shape. "Now it's a seal!" He observed.

Xatia was interested in seeing such a thing.

Bardou smiled and accepted the help to stand again, glad he didn't hold any of his past against him. "I had to put a stasis spell on myself until my descendants came with Maxton and the healing leaves to save me."

Anna chuckled and shook her head 'Well, now you got me again." She said then watched him go as she finished her cup then put it in the sink and followed to tell Bertram that they were getting a room for them until they could start planning things later.

Skylar chuckled, glad he could see the shapes in the clouds. It was a fun little game to play in the daylight. "Oh, that one is a giraffe in a bed." She said, pointing and giggling happily

Shaylee smiled at the officer and thanked him again before glancing to her companions then heading for this other fontain to check it out. Being a waterhorse made her attracted to water, but she would let the others go wherever they wanted as well since there was much to be seen in this city. She might even go to the coast later on and check how the ocean was doing.

Vasper caught his bottle and smiled thankfully to Jahab. "Thanks! You're the best, man." He said before he opened it to take a good long drink. Not realizing how thirsty he actually was, until half the bottle was downed.
