Once Cicero was on the horse and secure Islanzadi gently used her heel to nudge the horse as a cue to start walking.
The horse trotted for a short period of time, but then broke into a run and they soon arrived at the castle.

Islanzadi looked at the few guards who were at the entrance and dismounted the horse. She looked to Cicero, to see if he needed help getting off of the horse or not.

(Haha, did it get you?)

Cicero slipped off the horse simply and landed easily on his feet. "That was quite invigorating." He replied honestly. He then looked to the gaurds and the door curiously.

Slygotha glanced at the motionless eggs still on the nest. There was still a chance they could be just slow to arrive, or they could have died. It was still too soon to rule them out. She looked to her five wyrmlings: Razeth, Gugol, Nevitha, Nidhogg, and Valstrath. They were all more than she could hope for. She laughed at Valstrath as he mock battled the meat, and little Nidhogg had fallen asleep against her mother's warm chest in a pile with the other two sticky black babes. Much of the stickiness was drying off and flaking away, revealing soft, newborn scales, shiny as polished obsidian.
"How fares Nevitha? Has she given in to sleep?"

Reaper glanced down to his daddy's girl and smiled. "Yes, she has been conquered by slumber. " He said with humor in his voice. He leaned forward and nuzzled his mate's nose lovingly. "It has been a wondrous hatch. Five strong wyrmlings, a testament to your good care. I love you, mate of my heart." He said reverently.

"I'm glad you enjoyed it." Islanzadi said pleasantly and approached the guards. Since she was royalty, they didn't ask anything and instead immediately opened the doors for both Islanzadi and Cicero to enter.

Islanzadi walked into the castle. Unlike the outside, the inside of the castle was nearly covered in both jewels and pictures of animals and nature.

There were many large paintings of historical events, mainly the Blood oath celebration, and on multiple tables there were dragon statues molded out of gold.

"My mother should be in the throne room, as always. So, just follow me upstairs." Islanzadi told Cicero and started walking. The doors to the castle were closed once again.

Cicero found the parallelism ironic. He nodded respectfully to the gaurds. For how often had he been the silent sentry at doorways. Ever vigilant and never talking. But now he was a honored guest in this castle and not a servant. He looked around at the grandeur and followed Islanzadi mutely her mother's throne room.

Islanzadi knocked quietly on the door to the throne room.
"Fortha." A woman's voice said, and they entered the throne room which was more like a hall, and instead of finding the Queen sitting on her throne, she was practicing using her bow and arrow on a wooden target. There was a throne, but she wasn't using it at the moment.

When Cicero and Islanzadi entered, the Queen quickly ceased practicing and turned to whomever had come.

"Dröttningu! Elrun Aeidail." She said in a pleased voice to Islanzadi, and she then noticed Cicero.

"Mother, this is Cicero, a Slyph. He doesn't understand our language, so you should speak in English." Islanzadi instructed.

The Queen looked to Cicero curiously. It had been a very long time since she had seen any Fay.
"Well, hello Cicero. I am Datia, and I assume you know I am the queen. May I know why you're here?" She inquired intently.

(I'm not sure if I'll make the queen an actual character or not yet. Also, Goodnight!)

Dang you StarrNico! )
Lexi shook her head and whispered in the hollow voice, "I let Pariah spell you and I looked you in the eyes while she did it. Then said nothing to the fey, once I was free to do so. That is the monster that I am. That is why you can't forgive me and why I don't deserve to be anywhere near you good people."
~~~
Falkirk sat down on a rock to think. "I must admit, I'm a bit out of my element here. Try and make a power orb. If we can defend ourselves, we'll have a better chance of survival, if the Balor are in fact hostel. " He reasoned.
~~~
Maxton opened his book and started skimming the information looking for the appropriate references.

As did Jackdaw. It saddened him as he came across the names of his parents and pack mates.
~~~
"Yep!" Bob said with enthusiasm. He fluttered his wings as he waited for Angela to find her item.
~~~
All attention turned to Anna at her authoritative voice.

Zypher stated, "The iron weapons are priority. How long will it take to fix the arrows ans smelt iron cap bullets? That's the the question.

Navar said, "and we don't know if the goddess is on our side yet. Who knows how long that will take."
(lol)
Ian frowned and took his seat, looking confused.

Shane sat up straighter and looked at Lexi intently "What kind of spell, do you know?" He asked, pulling out his cell in preparation to call in help."This could be perfect for our trap"
~~~
Star tried that spell to make a power orb, relieved that their magic worked here. Apparently only leaving was not allowed. She dissipated the orb and leaned against Falkirk as she sat beside him. "I wanted to be alone with you, but I didn't mean like this." She said, trying to lighten the mood a little
Sorcha had the death records and was paging through it, seeing how many had died in that battle was saddening, even when starting from the back. "Here we go Purvis..." She muttered and read with a deepening frown."No mention of what he had with him." She said and closed that book to push it to the side and pick up another.
Bardou looked at one page in the book he had with his head bowed.
Angela fluffed her feathers and looked around again "Hmm, I spy with my little eye something red."
~~~

"If all that is needed is re-fletching the arrows can be ready in just a few hours. The bullets may take a little longer than that." Jason said then stood to move tot he side to call his people but glanced back to them "Ember, (What is his name that offered feathers) Can you two go with the iron to the smithy?"

"The goddess is, what we don't know is if the higher gods are." Anna said, looking to him "She wouldn't have offer to speak on our behalf if she wasn't on our side herself."

"It has been a wondrous hatch. Five strong wyrmlings, a testament to your good care. I love you, mate of my heart." He said reverently.

Slygotha leaned forward as far as she could without disturbing the dog pile of wyrmlings between her chest and forearms, returning Reaper's nuzzle and pressing her forehead against his, as far as their spikes and frills would let them. She enjoyed taking in his scent.
Valstrath was becoming more clumsy as sleep threatened to overtake him as well, despite his efforts to the contrary. The little male growled and squeaked out a miniature roar, feigning victory over his meaty foe, then collapsed, asleep in his meal, covered in his own slime and meat juices. "Silly little dragon!" Whispered Slygotha, chuckling.

Cicero stepped forward and bowed formally. "But of course, your lovely daughter, princess Islanzadi has left me with no illusions. It is a great honor to be in Alagaësia." He said politely.

Lexi gaze was locked on Ian. She answered Shane's question, "It's a spell that when called upon, well have Ian invite whoever the wish to cross the barrier."
~~~
Falkirk twirled softly as he smiled. "Maybe don't aim so high with your next wish." He teased.
~~~
Maxton looked up as Sorcha read. "Then either the record is incorrect, or correct because someone stole it or Purvis managed to hide it somewhere before he died." He surmised.

Jackdaw frowned in thought at that, before continuing his search for possible clues.
~~~
"That easy, Angela. It's me! Right? " Bob said with confidence.
~~~
Jaeger swallowed hard at Jason's question, but nodded hesitantly. "If I must, I will." Sylphs weren't cowards.

"Well, I didn't want to assume anything." Zypher said softly.
