"Well, I was one of the first goddesses to exist. When I was born, along with my siblings, Cronus who was my father ate me. He had been told a prophecy, that his children would overthrow him. We were living inside of him for a few years, and then Gaia, my mother, gave birth to Zeus. She hid him from Cronus, so he wouldn't eat him, and in the end Zeus saved us all. Cronus was thrown into Tartarus as a punishment.
So, I was basically eaten as soon as I was born, and then my father was cut open and I came out as an adult...Not the best childhood."

"Though, while Zeus was the one who saved us, I have still grown to despise him. He is an awful ruler, and ate his own wife because her children were supposed to overthrow him. To believe, that the King of gods would become a cannibal." Demeter sighed in frustration as she thought about how much she loathed her brother. There were other reasons, but that was her main one.
"Enough about my past for now, I suppose. I'm curious about yours, do you have a family?" She asked in an attempt to change the subject.

No I do not, my kind are on their own since birth so many of my siblings didn't survive. I probably wouldn't know them if they did live anyway

"Oh, yes, of course. Well, I apologize for asking." Demeter quickly said apologetically.
"Didn't you have somebody with you earlier, last time I saw you? Why are you on your own now?" She inquired curiously. "I'm fairly certain he was a maned wolf, or something along those lines."
