Turoc moved fast, bringing his sword up to block then pushing back to throw Maxton off balance if he could. Right now, he was testing Maxton to see how steady he was.

Nabal smiled and picked up her cup for the toast. "I look forward to seeing who wins" She said gently then focused on the battle, though she did notice the guard change. Yep, there was something there alright.

Orion dipped his head at the laughter, chuckling himself "It is funny, but true. Each balor has three personalities that have learned to live together, when we marry, we have to learn to live with three more personalities, so there has to be love or they will constantly fight one another."

Aurora stood and went to Garmr to hug her as she looked to Jaxon "Calm yourself, Garmr was under a minion spell when she was there, she is on our side now" 


Skylar looked around before going to Jaxon's side to stand with him and offer what comfort and protection she could. She didn't know what had scared him, but she would be there anyway.

Jackie sat up more and held Garth's arm, looking around at the commotion as Luce and Jason came in. "What is going on?" Jason asked as he looked around at them all.

Rana smiled and held to his hand while they walked to the elevator. She looked over to Ember laughing while Navar and Cadeon bickered playfully and chuckled herself. It was good to have friends and be a part of a group again.

Shaylee shook her head as she watched them then moved forward quickly to touch Gideon "You tried, and I thank you for that" She said then closed her eyes and focused her remaining strength on a spell to end his life quickly and painlessly. It wasn't much, but it would ensure that Gideon wasn't tortured for his part in helping her. 

Jackdaw turned to Rayne and smiled. "I'd like that very much. " He said with anticipation.

Maxton stepped back with one leg as a counter balance, then ducked under Turoc's arm and slipped to come up behind him. "Nice try." He replied with humor.

Avalon also noticed Spyro's decisive actions, as she took a drink. She set the goblet down and looked to the combatants.

Ender stood silently with his hands fisted at his side. All that Bardou had said was proving to be to the contrary. Avalon's actions conveyed her complete lack of interest in him.

Degan stepped forward to answer Jason. He explained what had happened and the misunderstanding.

Did you not wonder why I let him get this far? I needed you away from from that unicorn. Just as I knew you'd save that fool with what remained of you powers." He stated matter-of-factly.

If need be, we can corrupt the waterway so that every living thing that touches the waters that is not immune to our acid dies, if you like."

Ender's thoughts only did a downward spiral after that. He started listing off his grievances to himself: He was starting to hated Racine for his interference and saving him. Jast as, for the first time in his long life, he was envious of his brother. He resented him of his new position. It was his position! He was trapped here, yet stranded for his undying love for Avalon. Which she didn't even appear to appreciate! Ender suddenly started to feel strange inside. He glanced around confused, wondering if someone was casting a spell on him. But no one was looking at him. He had to get away form here. He slowly slipped out the back of the tent. Once outside, he ran off a short distance. Only to stop suddenly and curse to himself for behaving like a coward. But just then, the sensation intensified and he was surrounded by a white light. He gasped in shock when the light dissipated and he looked at himself with incomprehension. He was no longer a Sylph as he'd known himself to be. But instead, had became the embodiment of what the word Sylph ment, he was now a great winged beast! He moved to look upon this new form. It was unlike anything he'd ever seen before. A white feathered dragon.
