Anna smiled and turned to look at him, raising her arms as she did to give him a hug. "I love you so much." She gave him another kiss before taking a step back "But right now, we need to finish gearing up and get going" 

 
Aurora looked back to him and dipped her head before looking to Maxton again "thank you" She said before heading back upstairs> Now that she was full, she was ready to go and get this threat taken care of once and for all.

Sorcha took a breath as he wrapped their hands around the stone together, following his advice and merging her mind with his so they could speak the spell together as one. She was worried about this magic, especially since she had heard nothing but bad about it, but she did trust him

Foneth shifted her feet a little to stand more comfortably. "A call that will lead us back home. My father was leery of giving us more time out here and wanted to be certain we could find our way home once more." She said, giving only part of the truth since she could tell something was strained in the queen's reply, though what it was was very uncertain. "Ender has spoken very highly of you and his brother, Spyro. He convinced me to come and see if things have indeed changed for the better so that we may come out of hiding once more."

Zypher smiled gently and whispered, "I got distracted by you. But you're absolutely right, the sooner we start this, the sooner we end it."

When they entered the penthouse, Maxton located Fay and moved to hand her the makeshift blueprints.

Racine felt Sorcha's concern and worry about the Unseelie magic, but he couldn't reassure at the moment. She'd see that they weren't using it for evil. He looked around them as the room lit with holographic images of its former occupants. Some familiar, some not. He endeavored to take it all in, to record the event in his mind for future reference.

Avalon listened with growing intrigued. She had so many questions and knew that diplomatic etiquette forbid the rapid fire of curious questions. She instead led with, "I've made arrangements for some refreshments to be brought to us. That is, if you're interested, I am limited in my hospitalities at the moment." She smiled faintly and contained, "Especially considering our vast size difference. Even my tent would not be adequate." She admitted pleasantly.

"It makes sense. This must have happened long before people became civilized, with the long lifespan we enjoy. Things have a way of becoming lost to the mists of time," mused Asclepius. "It certainly is the age of man now."

" What an alluring way to put it, "lost in the mist of time." I like that very much and you are most definitely right, the age of man indeed. I remember a time when we doubted they'd ever amount to much. I marvel still at what they have accomplished." Xatia said thoughtfully. She looked to Aurora and Maxton as the returned from their errand.

~☆°● When Vatgkan first started his communications with king Racine through their inter dimensional gazing pool, the Hythishens had been listening in. At fist quietly, but then they saw an opportunity and seized it by reached out to Vatgkan directly. Their home world was becoming depleted and was dieing off slowly. When there were precious few resources left, they repeatedly implored Vatgkan to open a stargate to grant them sanctuary on Anstropfia. But Vatgkan had steadfastly refused, until they'd taken advantage of the turbulent relationship between King Racine and himself. All they needed to offer then, was their assistance in helping Vatgkan take over Avalon's throne. But in actuality, they'd always had their ulterior goal of taking over Anstropfia completely. For it was large with abundant resources and regenerating magical powers. The very things their people needed to make their new start. They'd planned to move in during the battle and decimate both sides. Well, except for those who would submit to their sovereign authority. But when Vatgkan's associates sent word of his capture and that the battle was forfeited for an allegiance by way of a peace treaty. A chance to exploit both fractured kingdoms, was lost. They knew then, they'd have to make their move more carefully. Especially with the developments of the past few days. The Sylphs could not be allowed to awaken fully and the great dragons that had vanished into legend needed to stay that way. ●°☆~

Like taking out the elevators early on. He glanced to Anna as she finished gearing up. "Anything else? " He asked the assembly.

Ravek stood quietly and shook his head. His focus upon the pool drawn room that had once been his personal prison for however long. Shaylee I'm coming for you. He vowed to her silently.

Maxton cleared his throat and offered, "We need to ensure they don't resurrect the warding once we're inside. But we can't make counter measures until we know what we're dealing with. "

Racine winced as the creature referred to as Cicest liquefied everything in his path. Well everything but the freed Royals. Vatgkan would pay for this if ever he got his hands on him. As the last of the hologram played out, he became aware of Jackdaw standing silently by the stairs. He was pale as a sheet with tears in his eyes. " They took Dawn from me in this manner. I came back to the room to find this result. I...I should have dealt with Vatgkan before now. He left a token to prove he'd done it. She would still be alive if I had. " He replied miserably.

Racine was struck to muted shock. Such an innocent lost to petty revenge.

Spyro stepped closer to Ender and smiled timidly. Ender looked to his brother and held him arms open to offer a brotherly hug. One that Spyro eagerly accepted.

Kyth felt bad for making Aurienne feel uncomfortable. He should have been more delicate in his wording. "I'm sorry, you're right, you didn't. I made the conclusion on my own. My apologies, perhaps I should go." He said with immense regret. He stood and looked to her back before turning to leave.

"Yes, because our protection pendants can't protect us from this enemy. We've been dependent upon their blanket coverage for to long. We need Queen Avalon's permission to get the word out. We're lambs for the slaughter if we don't." Racine said urgently.

Jackdaw looked around the dungeon bleakness in his eyes. "How may souls were dispatched to the fade here?" He asked quietly.

"Five, two Sylphs and three royals." Racine answered.

"No, I don't suppose you would have need of such. Those would be some mighty big chairs." She said humorously. She then sobered and asked politely, " Is there anything about Anstropfia you'd like to know? "

As they started their migration to the parking garage, Zypher headed to the Amory to get a few special odds and ends. He then headed out to catch up with the group.

Navar had gone to his apartment to get his gun bags and body armor as well.

Xavier stood at the sound of the door as it opened. He was a bit surprised to see Aurora and Maxton again so soon. (He can fly also. He's kind taken to being her wing man. Lol!)

Jackdaw made a soft sound and nodded. He thought fearfully that perhaps Bardou was one of the dead. He smelled his scent here. But now it made sense. "Thank goodness. " He said quietly. He looked to Sorcha with renewed fear. "Is Star and Falkirk still in Ettance? Please tell me they are!" He asked.

Racine waited Avalon's reply through Sorcha and looked to Jackdaw at his question. "As far as I know they were. The question is, how much did Vatgkan and his sympathizers know? We should get word to queen Nabal. She needs to know of these Hythishens." He instructed.

"I'll go, if that's alright? "Jackdaw asked.

Avalon did her best to hide he reaction to the current state of her kingdom and the severity of the threats now against them. She agreed to Sorcha's question and gave consent. She then gathered herself before looking to Foneth. "I can make no such promises. Not for the reasons you may assume. But for other reasons. There is a new threat to us all. Until we know more of their origins and what they want from us, your kind might want to just stay in hiding." She admitted truthfully.
