Aurora nodded and tried to get the pin out of the door hinge since that would supposedly be sinpler than getting the keys or unlocking the lock

Xavier was stunned by this development. "A father? Oh Storm, they took the choice from you, didn't they, boy?" He said quietly to himself. Had they killed his son for this? Was that why he wasn't there?Was this his son's only legacy, offspring born from a forced chemical breeding? He had to sit down or he was going to be sick.

Zypher felt for the warlock, he'd hoped that they could have found Storm. Or Markus for that matter.

Aeval got to the deck floor and snuck around to look for anything that could help get the hinge pegs out. She tipped her head as she found a piece of pipe and a pointed handle thing stuck in a loop lock by in the stairs. She took both items and head back up to where Aurora was.

"Don't give up hope. We still have the chance to find him, after all, he wasn't there and neither was Marcus. It is entierly possible that they were out gathering new creatures or selling made ones to a new buyer." Anna said gently

Razeth didn't mind the physical reassurance Nidhogg needed. In fact, it also soothed him on a deep level as well. He was still shaken to his core at the close call of their captures. He made periodic calls to fish for a response.

Valstrath raised his head as the distant sound. One that was familiar in nature. He tipped his head with indecision. Was it a trick? Should he reply?" He battled mentally as Broodmother still slumbered.

Nidhogg joined in, starting to vocalize in harmony with Razeth.

Xatia looked to Jaeger at his soft chuckle and shook her head as he smiled teasingly at her "It seems we are talking in circles. " She whispered to him with humor. To Asclepius she said, " Then it is good that the Fae are long lived."

Fay smiled at the little life in the egg, watching it and the mother for now. "Do you need any more jewels for now?" She asked, knowing the dragoness hadn't been properly fed in a long time.

"That would be most appreciated, dear Goddess. You are a lifesaver," murmured Phoebe, mesmerized by the egg.

" It just infuriates me, that somebody would use my child that way." Xavier sighed as he shook his head. "You're right Anna. I'm sorry, thanks for the reminder. I just miss him so much. His laughter, his carefree spirit." He said with reflection as he stood up to go look at the sheet of paper quietly.

Aeval frowned and asked, "Will this help?"

"Of course, no one would want a loved one treated in such a way; but that is all the more reason to find these eggs that have been created and save them if we can." Anna said gently then frowned "And stop Marcus from being able to do this again"

"We will certainly try it and see" Aurora said, taking one of the items to try to break the lock open

"That would be most appreciated, dear Goddess. You are a lifesaver," murmured Phoebe, mesmerized by the egg.

Fay smiled then vanished for a minute, coming back with another pile of gemstones for her.

Nidhogg joined in, starting to vocalize in harmony with Razeth.

Valstrath heard his sister Nidhogg add her voice to the call and answered them with a low humming so they could track it location.

Razeth grew silent as he followed the low vibration through the thick forest.

" Indeed!" Replied Asclepius.

Xatia smiled pleasantly and moved on to help in any way she could.
