Jura looked to both doors that were mentioned before swinging her head back to the pack. She surveyed the two still in their wolf forms, one of these things was not what it seemed. She could feel it, smell it, she flared her nostrils slightly to take in the scent of the two wolves. The female, she was not a regular wolf, she wasn't sure exactly what she was but she was not a simple wolf. She wasn't sure she liked that, not knowing but in this case she didn't care. She turned towards the door they had mentioned being unable to open. She then brought her head down before charging it and curling her neck back and throwing all her weight behind her shoulder as it collided with the door. She then reared up on her hind legs and raked her claws against the door trying to find purchase. She could care less if these wolves got out or not. But she was not going to be chained up again and used for someone else sick pleasure.
Dominic tisksed as he watched the dragon attack the door. He pressed a button that sent electricity through the steel door to render the door untouchable. It would seed on heck of a shock to anything touching it.

Logan, standing in the door on his side of the center room, flicked his ear towards the sound of an opening door. He turned, growling though he couldn't half see what was there through his tears. He sneezed and pawed at his snout and eyes again and tried to see what this new threat was.

Kali started to get up then laid on her belly again, panting. What was going on?

Hunter, nearly on the opposite side of the room, looked up from where he had fallen then around, wiping at his eyes as well. He had heard something move and thought the odd split experiments had been sent back in with them down

Once they were all in position, Jackie took a cloth and dipped it in the salt water, then placed that over Aurora's neck then took the hands of the two males, using their open connections so that all four could work as one to find the spell on the collar and undo it together. She smiled at the click of the collar opening and falling off.

Aurora didn't respond immediately to that, she needed a little time to readjust before she blinked and looked around at everyone.

"Now the glass, she's likely very thirsty" Jackie said, looking to Garmr as she released the others and started to clean up, putting the collar in a bag.
Asclepius watched with a careful eye, as one healer to another. He observed her technique, noticing similarities and differences to his own, taking mental note to jot down later. He knew better than to say anything unless asked in these situations.
"Marvelous recovery! You are certainly a very skilled woman, Jackie! Who taught you the healing arts, if I might be so bold?"

Wow. Hunter moved back to the other two, simply watching as the dragon attacked the door. He was very glad that she had not chosen to come after them. Since she was busy, he turned to check on Kali since the she-wolf was awake now. "Can you take your human form?"

Kali looked to Hunter and growled, then laid her ehad on her paws. She was too tired to shift and just wanted, no needed to rest. First shift had even stopped Anna, and Anna was stronger than Kali.

Jura screamed in pain as electricity shot through her body from the door. She recoiled and then breathed out angrily as she lowered her head, shaking it a few times to clear it. Her golden eyes narrowed her eyes as she noticed a camera in the corner of the room, watching her and the pack as well. She lunged at it ripping it from the wall with a bellow of rage, she threw it to the ground and shredded it with her claws. Then looking up around the room still fuming her eyes fell to the only other thing in the room, the wolves. "You! One who speaks for the rest, what kind of game is this?!" She demanded angrily, why was she put in this room, did her new captor expect her to fight them, was this some sort of trick?

Jackie smiled at Xatia, then touched one of the diamonds and held it towards Garmr "Let this touch your collar, it should deactivate it as well."

Aurora sat up a little, moving slowly so that she could drink the glass of water then rest her hand in the bowl of salt water. It felt good to have her element there, though she wanted to go and immerse herself in an ocean for a few years.
Garmr came and knelt down by Jackie for her to unlock her collar. She was relieved when it also fell free of her neck with a soft click. "Thank you Jackie. " She murmured softly.

Pyro stepped over to Aurora and looked to her with concern. "Shall I fly you to the ocean in this realm? Your daughters are outside playing at the moment and there is something I have to tell you about Elle." He said gently.

Xatia looked to Jackie equally curious as to the answer. She'd been wondering almost the same thing.

Slygotha touched the black stone embedded on her chest where she had placed her mantle of darkness, releasing it to snake along the ground like a mist. She reined it in a bit, so as to make it appear as nighttime within. Her sharp eyes would be little affected, but at least it would obscure her movement to the casual observer. It thinned out, not protruding above the trees, like a black smoke. In fact, smoke was exactly what she was going for. It would be less out of place, especially after a battle involving fire. The grey smoke still hung in the air, putrid wisps with reminders of death and her own sulfuric compounds after they had combusted.
Creeping forward, she paused often to cock her head and listen, but the creak of trees and the weird squelching of Ash, mud, and water sucking at her claws was all she heard. It was hard to pick up any other scents over the scents of her battle. Growing a bit bolder, she moved forward intently, dragging her claws through the mud to look for seed. She realized much of the landing was burnt out. Cursing, she went towards the opening of her den. The lingering darkness clung to the land like an early morning mist.

Trogdor could tell his father was upset. The man said that his meanest sister had died. Trogdor was mad that she had died. He saw his dad's resolve, and didn't really know what he should do or how to feel, so he started crying again. These emotions felt weird and alien as this small human body.
Valstrath made a soft sound of worry as the smoke screen blocked their veiw of Broodmother. He searched the skies for the traitorous dragons and noisy metal bird. But nothing was up there but clouds and gray smoke.

Razeth moved to stand by Nidhogg protectivly and looked to her quietly.

Reaper looked across the way at Nevitha and her tear stained face she stopped quietly for the loss of her sister. He sent a look of longing to her that conveyed his wish to comfort her. But when Trogdor started sobbing again, he turned to go to him as he scooped him up and held his tightly aginst him. "I have you, it's ok, just let it out, son. Don't bottle it up, it will fester within you." He murmured as he kissed his forehead.

"My learning comes from all my ancestors. We have been taught mother to daughter for centuries on all our magics, though of course some is lost from one to another generation." Jackie said.

Aurora looked to Pyro then nodded. "Yes, please. I need to reconnect with my element" She said softly. She was still tired, though she was no longer losing any more of her life force now.

Anna leaned against Zypher, glad they had made it here in time to help Aurora. "We now have two 'keys' for these new collars. I hope they will be enough."

~~~
Hunter looked to the dragon then shrugged "As I already said, we are captives here as well. We surprised them by taking out at least half the force they pushed against us. Likely they want you to fight us now too. Either that or they are planning something else." He shook his head, not knowing for certain
Jura gave a frustrated growl as her tail twitched like an angry cat almost. If fighting these wolves would get her freedom, she would fight them, she had no loyalty to these wolves. Part of her told her she should help them, they were captives just as she was a captive. But the larger part of her told her that she had no allegiance to them, she didn't even know names yet. She turned to the little group then noticing the black she wolf laying on the ground, she didn't know what was different about this wolf, but she knew something was indeed different. It was likely her that their captor wanted, not the others.
"Why not just give them the one they want, it is her is it not?" Jura growled out at them as she paced closer to the group. She didn't intend to take the she wolf from them, but she was seeing how they would react to such a maneuver. "I give them the she wolf and I get my freedom, sounds like a nice deal to me."
"No" Hunter said with a soft growl even in his human form "They already took our dragon friend from us, they are not taking Kali. We will decimate their ranks as we have already done and plan to do to get Aeval back. The pup is not a bargaining chip."
Logan looked to Kali, licking her cheek and whining softly. He wanted her up and well. He looked back to Hunter then shifted "Hunter, we cannot afford another battle right now, whatever that was sapped her strength too much." He said quietly
Hunter sighed "I know Logan, that is why we have not tried to break down the doors ourselves yet. I may be old pup, but I haven't become senile."
Xatia listened with fascination to Jackie.
Garmr looked to Aurora and Pyro as they spoke to eachother. It was a strange friendship. At least she'd never see it before. Fire and water were elements of opposition. When they headed outside, she turned her attention back to Jackie.
Pyro scooped Aurora up in his arms and walked her outside so he could shift. One he'd did, he took to the sky and headed to the ocean. He was thinking of how to tell her about Elle slipping away from him to help with the hybrids.
Zypher nodded as he moved forward to pick up Garmr's to examine it more closely. "Yes, I hope that's all we'll need. The ruins on these are very different. Let's see if we can find out some more about them. Interested? " He asked with enthusiasm.
Dominic have cursed as the second camera was taken out. He gave Viktor his orders and just hoped the distraction worked.
The shooters had moved into Jura's vacated room and easily took aim at the males. It was like shooting fish in a barrel. They pulled the triggers at the exact same moment while aiming for a specific wolf each.
The shooters had moved into Jura's vacated room and easily took aim at the males. It was like shooting fish in a barrel. They pulled the triggers at the exact same moment while aiming for a specific wolf each.
Jura listened as the males argued about what to do. She then turned her gaze to the down she wolf, they must care for her a great deal to protect her so. She had never had anyone care so much for her or her life. She had never known that comfort, it would be a simple thing for her to take out the two males and deliver this prize to their captors. The question was would they giver her her freedom if she did? She had lived her whole life in captivity, she knew the likely hood of getting free by doing what these captors wanted was slim. She might gain some decent treatment, but seeing how these wolves were treated she doubted it. She had two options the way she saw it, she could help the captor and hope he was kind to her. Or she could attempt to help these wolves and hopefully get free or endear herself to them so that they take her with them if they leave. When she heard men moving into the room she had just been in and shots being fired she decided to act and hope for the best outcome.
She ran in front of the wolves and positioned herself protectively around the males and the she wolf. She was too slow to stop the males from being hit but if they were still alive she would keep them that way. She lowered her head with a warning growl as she curled her body around the small group and prepared herself for what was inevitably to come.
