Since you caught her early, she may be fine by morning. I see you're as hot as we are. Perhaps put her in a cool place for the day and night, even with a fan blowing under the cage. That will speed up the process.
You can put a zip tie on one of her legs so he can differentiate her.

Ok., thanks!. her cage had been in the coop, so I took it out and to the basement which is fairly cool, and I just set up a small fan blowing right on her... I will do a zip tie, I also dripped paint on her back, which if it stays, will help to identify her if in a nest.

Update on my formerly broody leghorn, she was put back in the run early this morning. Now it's afternoon, I'm leaving in 1/2 hour for my trip east, and she has not gone back to a nest!!!! I think it worked!
