Since I’m terrible at introductions I will just use the handy dandy template 
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Yep! Total newb here! Got my first flock for my birthday! We brought them home in March
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
5
(3) What breeds do you have?
Silver Laced Wyandotte, Barred Rock, Black Sexlink, Isa Brown and Silky
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
They provide so much entertainment and have their own little personalities. And of course getting some fresh butt nuggets out of the deal
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I mostly raise chickens, garden, wife, mom and work. I like to camp and read and avoid most people lol
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I’m a wife and mom. Pretty exciting as it gets.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
Any time I had a chicken question in my google search, it brought me answers from this forum, so I figured I better join it
