Hiding From Sunlight - A Dystopian Role-Play

Matt bent down beside her taking a sudden pity on her "Yes, but that was the governments fault not yours. Now just to confirm you are Lilith, right?"
Tears began running down the young girl's cheeks. She couldn't bear to know that she had killed the people she wanted to save, and even worse, Falcon was still out there. She nodded to the man, responding "I need to find Falcon. Now." She stood up, somewhat dizzy, looking for a door.

(So how about the dude Lilith was with(I forgot his name... derp) still captures Gail? I dunno.)
Gail gasped as she saw.... A rooster crowing at a cat! She stood up, still clutching her burger tightly, and slowly walked over to the rooster. "Hey there, little buddy!" she whispered. She tentatively reached her hand out, offering a chunk of her burger bun to the tenacious little rooster. She didn't notice the lady getting darted, or the dude with the net.
Frosty backed away as the human approached. He then saw the food she was holding, and gained a sudden burst of confidence. He studied the small human, tentatively stepping forward and pecking quickly at the bun.

Gail stayed perfectly still, watching the rooster approach her. She began making reassuring clucking noises, trying to befriend the first living thing she'd seen that day that hadn't yelled at her to scram.

"Hey now, you can`t go out there yet not alone at least, you just got out of surgery. That thing was attached to your nervous system. If I had someone like that friend of yours to go with you, you could, but right now without anyone of your friends you can`t go out. You have to wait at least another 24 hours." Matt said stepping in her way

Gail started talking to the chicken. Not that she expected it to respond. "I wonder what your name is. Or have you not got a name?" She stopped talking for a second to ponder this. "I don't know where I got my name. It's Gail, in case you were wondering, if a rooster can wonder. I wonder if you can wonder?" She giggled at the sentence. It sounded funny.

Frosty cocked his head at her when she started clucking at him. Her chicken-speak isn't very good. Then she started talking in human-speak. "Of course I have a name!" He squawked. "And you don't have to chicken-speak to me, I know your language." He took another peck at the bun, wondering why this human seemed surprised. Not that he'd ever talked to a human before... Well, after the escape.

Gail cocked her head at the chicken who had spoken to her, only slightly phased. "Oh! I'm sorry, I didn't realize you could speak human. I've never spoken chicken before, so that's probably why it isn't very good." She divided the remainder of the burger in half, and set the other half down in front of the talking rooster, finishing her half. "So, what is your name?" she asked, her mouth full of burger(cuz she didn't know any better)

Lilith looked at him angrily. She argued confidently "He could be murdering another one of them now, and I'm just going to sit here. Move aside, old man." She crossed her arms, determined to find her friend and save him.
