High altitude egg shipped to hatch in a lower altitude incubator

I saw some neat eggs on ebay that were to be shipped from a high altitude, what would be the draw backs?

The difference in eggs produced by hens at high altitudes is that the shells will be less porous, a feature that a hen at altitude builds into her shells to help avoid moisture loss due to less dense and drier air than at sea level.

The problems usually arise when trying to hatch eggs at high altitude that were produced by hens at low altitude due to greater moisture loss during incubation and less oxygen availability to the embryo.
