High Humidity First week of Incubation

The one with the hole and one more are about done zipping! Anytime they should be popping out!!

Another 8 have hatched with 3 more pips! They are almost all hatched!!!! Just 2 more need to pip...
 
On one of the pips the white membrane is tan...I read that is bad and may need assistance...what should I do?

Has this one progressed any more? How long has it been since it first pipped? If its a good opening, I wouldn't panic for at least 20+ hours. You are having great success so far! Hang in there.
