Do you use the probiotic's and the vitamin supplement at the same time in the water or do you only use one at a time?

Since Avian Super Pack doesn't contain lactic acid bacteria, I use 1/4 tsp of that and 1/2 tsp of the Probios powder per gallon of water. I do it 3 days a week.
