Tessa quickly darted a look at the syllabus, then looked up front as she tapped her mechanical pencil lightly against the desk, her restless energy getting the better of her for the moment.

(Btw, one of her skills is reading incredibly fast. :D)

Mina had no idea what she had said and turned to her brother who was sitting in front of her with a questioning look.

Kyler brought his hand to his face and dragged it down dramatically. ugh....so clueless..............

The announcement bell rang and soon a woman voice came on, it was madam secretaries voice. "Good morning! Welcome back to Arwen high students! i'm so pleased to say that we have had a successful year, and i cannot wait to start another one" her cheerful voice penetrated the classrooms and hallways. "Now, to get started we ha-"
Her voice cut off, and feedback rang through the halls, causing students hands to fly to their ears. What just happened? "I-please! No!" background talking could be heard. A gunshot sounded in the distance, the microphone going dead.

(hahahaha! And the plot begins......... *evil smile*)

Ky starred at the speaker, frozen. Gunshot? no, not possible. She stood up abruptly and gasped for air. She hadn't realized she had been holding her breath. She looked to Tessa, petrefied. She had been training for something like this, but she wasn't ready. And what was this?

Kyler stood up and walked to the hallway and slammed the door shut, locking the students in. He had a type of emotionless look to his eyes. Nothing would hurt his sister.

Mina sat in her seat, starring at her paper blankly, frozen. Her pale skin was now white. She felt...nothing......but why?

Damian's mouth opened a little bit in shock, wait...what?!

Rin looked over at Mina, he shuddered.
 
Mina's eyesight became blurry with white spots. Crap she had forgotten to breath. She opened her mouth but a bit too late. Mian's face feel with light thud on the desk as she passed out from lack of oxygen. way to go stupid.....
Kyler ran over, and made sure she was breathing again.

Rin stared at her," What happened?" he asked quietly. He then looked around at the rest of the students, he had no idea what to do, but he knew it was best to stay in class.
