What is the highest temperature that coturnix eggs can be to survive because my incubator temp went up to about 102.5 will they be ok?

Quail during incubation take the same temps as most other 'poultry'. The higher temps are needed in the brooder, at least 95* the first week. Most mine seem to like it better if the brooder is closer to 100* the first few days, it keeps them from piling on each other.

Glad to find that I've been giving a good temp in my inexperienced quail keeping! They seemed happy at 100 the first few days, so that's what they have been getting!

Mrs. Fluffy Puffy :

I always incubated my button eggs at 101-102

That's fine for a still air incubator, but a forced air (with fan) should be kept around 99.5-100 degrees. You should actually lower the temp 1 degree when they go into lockdown, they seem to hatch easier that way
