Any idea ?

You can check for mites or lice, but the pecking at their own wing feathers is rather normal, as the incoming new feathers hurt a bit when piercing through the skin, which will have them pecking and preening very often.

As this is your only chick, you might want to add a stuffed animal for company until you can add at least two more chicks of the same age, so your orphan will have something to snuggle up to.

I really wanted to bring the (i think 4 days old) chick to my garden where it can be exposed to garden soil and grass and sun light , but there is no electricity there, so no heat lamp, the outdoor temperature right now is 18c.. any advice ? is it possible ? I rather leave it alone chirping due to loneliness than died of cold.
Make it acquainted with a warm water bottle (always use a plush cover), so it already knows where to go for warmth on your outings. And don't overdo it, as the chicks get cold quite quickly.

Never leave it alone outside.

May i know which part of germany are you located ? i am in Neuss. I like basic life, that's why i grow own vege and trying to raise own animal.. but not allowed to do that in kleingarten. so.. do it in super small scale ..so won't get into trouble.
