Oh wow that’s beautiful!!!!!!!!!Here is some pictures from the hike my hubby and two oldest children did the other day! The ice pictures are of our creek by our house you have to cross to get to the mountain! It wasn't icy when they went hiking though!
Wow that’s amazing!!!!!!!!!! So beautiful!!!!!!!!Hi! Fellow hiker here!
I live in the wilderness, so basically any time I go for a walk it can be defined as hiking, I suppose...
In summer, I can drive small dirt-roads to get further into the mountains, but in winter I can only go where I make my own snow-shoe trail (this place is SNOWY!). It's quite pretty around here, so I can still find some good view.

Sorry, I thought I answered this. What sort of terrain do you have around you? And what's your favorite to hike? Do you have well travelled, marked trails?
I'm partial to open spaces. We don't have marked trails around here, so venturing into the forest can be a claustrophobic experience. I hate getting lost, especially with two dogs on leashes that consistently walks on different sides of trees.
We got a TON of marsh, which is rather comfy to walk on, though it requires the need for waterproof shoes...

This is my favorite kind of landscape. I only got car access to this area this summer. Only to be walked in good weather, though. Not a fan of risking my, and my dogs' necks on wet rock.

Just a cool rock formation. And dogs! 99 % of my pictures have dogs in them.

we have all sorts of terrain from marsh and beaches to open fields to wooded areas to cranberry bogs and ponds, lakes, ocean, etc. LOL
