I love these pictures!I've been on a few snowshoe hikes so far in January. Basically every time there's been sun mid-day. Which usually means cold, cold, cold! I've frostbitten my face a few times too many over the years, and need to be careful being out too long in below 0F. Still, can't resist the beautiful January sun.
But man! I'm in such bad shape!!I had injury after injury last half of last year, meaning not much exercise. I NEED to start upping my game.

Injury after injury? That sounds rough.
Try adding Collagen powder to your daily coffee/morning drink. Makes a HUGE difference on injury recover and prevention.
