I'm shipping off to Fort Sill for BCT and AIT to be a rocket artilleryman for the Army so we decided to cut down our flock so that they can be cared for while I'm gone. We'll only be keeping a couple to see if we can get by with them as "house pets" after I'm done with AIT, so almost all of what we have are going to have to go by August 31st, maybe a little after but most have to be gone by then.

Right now we have:

A Key West Gypsy gamecock
A BCM that lays light colored eggs instead of chocolate colored
A Black JG pullet that should be laying soon
A Blue Splash Maran from Bev Davis that has some copper feathers poking through the blue splash
A Cochin-Silkie mix
3 Pekin Ducks

We also have a few chicks that just feathered out not to long ago. They are:

Gold Seabright roo
Silver Seabright pullet
Dark Brahma pullet (we think)
2 Light Brahmas
2 GLWs
Black Japanese
Cochins (2 Gold laced, Red, and a partridge)
Partridge Rock

If any of these came from someone on here and they would like them back they get first choice. We know who you are lol. We don't want to get rid of these but have to since I"m going to Ok for 14 weeks and we also have a baby on the way. We don't even know where we'll end up after the 14 weeks till I'm done with it too, so we wont be able to keep many. PM for prices if you're interested in any of them.

ETA: We also have a Frizzled Cochin sitting on about a dozen eggs (not sure of the exact number, she's nippy lol). If anyone would be interested in hatching them and be able to get them in an incubator within a half hour can buy them, or we can just let them hatch and you can have your pick.

Hopefully I won't have a conflict come up...if not, here is what I can bring:

Mille Fleur bantam cochin project chicks - if I can decide who to part with
Lavender bantam cochin chicks - looks like a cockerel and pullet
Porcelain D'uccle chicks - out of SQ parents
Lavender D'uccle chicks
Golden Sebright chicks - out of SQ parents

Most will be close to sexable since they are all several weeks old. Only a few of each breed/color will be available.

We are very excited about our upcoming swap in less than two weeks. All updates are in post #1. We had a great turnout at the last one and it looks like we will have another successful one. We are also holding another swap at the end of June (June 26th) at the Tractor Supply Company in Dunnellon, Fl. From the responses so far we should have a great turnout, so if you have any critters you want to sell or buy come on over.

There is a swap this Saturday, May 8th, at Rick's Performance Equine on Rt. 40 and SW 176th Avenue, just North of Dunnellon.
I don't know any details or requirements.

I went there yesterday, they had flyers out at the cash register. I believe you have to purchase a spot....but it's a donation that goes to the Humane Society. Not sure if they were doing raffles for stuff.
