Hinged roof, thoughts and ideas

To clean a coop I would never want to do it from the top. I don’t see the point in a hinged roof being helpful.
I am building coop to sell and making nice large doors is what I have found works best.

Thanks, I gave up on that idea and will just make it taller. I was trying to work with the pallet planks to have less horizontal joints for rain to enter. I'll scarf them for the bottom board to fit under the top, like siding. This one I can stand in, mostly.
