Histomoniasis: Yellow Urate & Lethargy in Poult...

My heart aches for you. :hit :hugs poults are so special and it is so easy to get attached.
Maybe you could place your poult in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator and try to do a necropsy later. If it was blackhead I can tell you exactly how to treat the remaining one. If it was not blackhead, we can try to figure out what it was.
Let's say it is blackhead and go from there, if we can do that. I'd like to save this last big guy for sure! What do I do 1st? Weigh him?

Yes, first thing to do is weigh him. You should also weigh the deceased one.
Can you confine the remaining one to a crate or cage so you can see 24 hours worth of poop?

Yep, I can do that when i get back home, I'm on my way to the pet shop to see if they have the fish flagyl....

Poult #2 died this morning.
Poult #3 (the only remaining turkey on my property) is still running around as if there isn't a care in the world other than needing to sit in my lap! #3s poo was normal, haven't seen any today to see if it has yellow urate yet/now.

I do have a food scale, just gotta figure out how to get this big 'o poult on it....
:hugs I'm sorry!

You could use that if you had no other choice, but since it contains praziquantel too I would not use it unless I had to. Since your surving poult is still alive and acting normal I would not use that. Instead, I would necropsy the deceased and I might reconsider if I could confirm blackhead in the deceased.

If this is his last day or two, he's definitely gonna spend it in my lap.

What do I give him first? The Safeguard?
