You've got a really nice setup. Your chickens will love it. Looks like you have Buff Brahmas which I have as well. I would extend the poop board all the way to the pop door wall, remove the lower perch and put a new perch centered on the poop board with a support at the middle of the span.do you think I should make both perches the same height?
