Hmm Need your thoughts/advice please.

Here is the bator I ordered.
It's the Little Giant Egg Incubator. It has a fan kit and has the egg turner. I comes with the digital thermometer/hygrometer and a candling light.

How does that turner work? I know that it's going to come with instructions but I'm seeing eggs put in pointy side down. I thought that they were supposed to lay sideways. ?? If it goes in pointy side down how does it 'turn' the egg?

I know, I should be patient and wait for it but...... I CAN'T.
