Cant figure out what this little he/she is?? I was told muscovy but i still have no clue!

Did a little searching & it looks rather "muskovy-ish" to me too. Other ducks don't have ridges where bill meets feathers. They have a smooth transition.

Check out the claws on that baby! That's a very muskie trait. And I'm with Nsampsel on the beak--that looks like the beginnings of the muskovy mask.

I loved muscovies when I had them; big calm birds, great parents. (Elvis the Drake was known to goose cats that didn't heed the warning hiss to get away from his young'uns!)
