We have tried. The only neighbor that see our house likes chickens would like to see a change. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of being honest with our other neighbors and they turned us in. They would never had known we have chickens if we hadn’t told them.
We thought someone might know if there was a law in Massachusetts that might override this.

Unfortunately the by-laws of the HOA typically take precedence. How long have you had them? Were you ever trying to hide the fact that you had them? You may try talking to an attorney.

Thank you. We’ve had them for 7 years. We never tried to hide them. I kind of wish we had because the people complaining would never know otherwise. Our chickens are not bothering our neighbors. They just don’t like the idea of us having chickens.
