If your duckling turns out to be a boy, you could name him »Leonid Duckshnev« the great snuggler.

How is she/he doing today?

Okay thanks. We feel we are in a bit in a holding pattern until the next vet visit. We are doing PT 2 or 3x per day, and each time we're working on gently stretching the leg backward in addition to water walking and swimming. The duckling is preening and eating and drinking but has a hard time maintaining balance. One leg is definately worse, which makes stretching and wing flaps tricky. If we can realign the tendon we are ready to splint.

I have a feeling this is a job for the vet to get it aligned and splinted don’t you?what y’all are doing with therapy is really good though.

I wouldn't even know how to fix a slipped tendon! - Agree vet-job.
