I was actually thinking of doing that. We downsized the coop from what we had, the run will be pretty sizable (8' x 20')

They will also be free range like our last flock. We never had any problems until the raccoon found her way in at night.

Rosemary was too scared to go in the coop the final night when she was the only gal remaining, she's luckily been rehomed at my in-laws farm. I sure do miss marigold though

She wanted to come to work with me one morning:
