Hola from Tenerife!

:welcome :frow Does this bird have a slight crossed beak. Does it eat OK? Just curious from the look of the beak. It looks healthy. Good luck with your flock and have fun...

Hi! Yes Lotti is the one with a cross beak. I will not trimmen it as long she eats that good as she does. She is the tallest one from all the araucanas. But I think she might be a rooster????
My only problem with her is, she is dirty. But I help her also with cleaning.
I do not want to "cut" anything, as long as she can handle it. Also she sharps it off, when she cleans her beak at the ground.

Hello, and Welcome from Southeast Missouri! Your birds are beautiful and your dogs are very charming. So cute in the kerchiefs. I had to look up the meaning of "finca" as I had not heard that word before. It looks like your yard is walled. Is that a natural stone wall? It's very picturesque. Looks like a movie set!
The beige wall is a natural wall. You call the stone here HABLE. It is a really soft stone. The black stone wall, was made by my man. It is beautiful here! But a lot of work on the finca (farm).
With all the plants, trees etc. But I love it. I will never go back on the city to live.

Love your flock and dogs - is that rope on the ground supposed to prevent snakes??

I once read that is what some folks use and that it works
Hahahaha. No, it is the water thing. I do not know the english word for it
We can be very happy here, no snakes, no scorpions, nothing that could kill us and as written we will not trim the beak, as long as she is good eating.
