Hold two-day-old chick?

is it ok to take a two-day-old-chick out of the incubator?

Are there still eggs to be hatched? I usually take mine out of the incubator by day two if I do not see any pips in the other eggs and put them in the brooder. If I see pips then I let them stay in another day but by day three I will quickly take them out either way so they can get some food and water.
