Hole and Black spot in egg?!?!?!?!

Ok guys I need some help... I went to collect one of my chicken's 2nd egg. She laid her first yesterday, and her second today. Well I gave it to my mom and she noticed a small hole in the shell, then she held the egg up in the light and the inside kinda looked black. We decided not to eat the egg, but we cracked it open anyway to see what the deal was. Here's what it looked like....

Sorry the shell is slightly dirty. It had started raining and they were outside. They got dirty and then transferred it to the egg. I washed it the best I could.

Yikes, I'm not sure about this one. . . she is a beginner so that may explain a lot, but that black spot looks questionable. Personally I think Ii would see if she lays another egg that is normal or close to it anyway considering that was her 2nd egg.

Ok thank you. I will keep an eye on it and let y'all know. My mom thought a poisonous spider had bit it lol. I kinda wondered the same thing, but u wasn't sure.
