hole for about 24 hours but hasn't zipped

hey everyone
another one of my eggs are hatching. it made a hole yesterday (was supposed to hatch the day before yesterday or the day before that) and its been around 24 hours but the hole hasn't increased in size and it hasn't zipped all the way either. should I help it by peeling a little bit of the shell off or slightly crushing the shell so it can easily break through. the other two eggs haven't even pipped! why haven't they even pipped yet? I hatched under a broody hen. how could I make sure next time they all hatch fine and not around 3days later!?!

24 days or 23. the one who made a hole peeps sometimes but very lightly

Are these chicken eggs? What temperature was the incubator set at, and did you use a calibrated thermometer to verify it?

yes they're chicken eggs they're under a broody so I didn't use a thermometer to check

What's the humidity? Begin breaking the SHELL off around it.

yes they're chicken eggs they're under a broody so I didn't use a thermometer to check
