Hole in duck egg at 25 days???

HELP! My broody duck has been sitting on seven eggs for 25 days now!
This morning I just noticed one of the eggs has a big hole in it???
It isn't broke all the way threw though! Do you think she stepped on it, or is it hatching?
I don't hear any peeping and the egg isn't moving?

Thank you! I found out this morning that It is just hatching!
Here is a photo of the egg on the bottom. It is hatching along with six others!

I got you see ducklings # 1,3, and 5 be hatched out of 7 eggs!
We are now waiting on 2 more eggs! I'm not sure if one of the
eggs is going to hatch, it doesn't have a pip at all?

Thank you! Actually my hen did it all! I also found out that my drake wants to kill them!

I am having to separate him now from her and the ducklings. He's not happy!
