Hole in ducks foot

Soo I just realized this yesterday my young blue indian runner hen has a small hole straight through her webbing is there anything I should do or will it heal on its own

To me, it looks like a clean injury and is already healing. Do you see any signs of scabs, pus or infection? I'd be inclined just to monitor it; I think it may just heal up all on it's own.
