Holes in orphan duckling foot!

Where is it being kept? If it is getting worse and more holes are showing up then it sounds like it is an ammonia burn.

You're going to laugh, she's inside and right now she's sitting on my shoulder. Where would she pick up burns? She spends the day outside in my yard.

The duckling is an orphan. The ailment with her foot is new. What concerns me is it's getting worse. Meaning yesterday there was only one round hole. Today it's bigger and more holes are present.
